What is happening to Tamil Youth

concerned about it? As a mother I feel my stomach churning when I think of all the atrocities committed against the Tamil children
Tamil child soldiers is a much discussed subject which does not need elaboration. But the way they are brainwashed , the way they are intimidated to commit murders -it is blood curdling. The eye witnesses who were stopped by the LTTE while fleeing from Muthur said the Muslim youth were taken out one by one and their hands were tied, and then the child Tamil LTTE soldiers were pushed to the forefront and were compelled to shoot the Muslim boys, and the elder ones stood behind them and threatened to shoot the Tamil youth if they do not shoot the Muslims youth.
In other words they want the very young to become murderers so that they become used to it. Imagine the trauma these children must be undergoing! Only Consolation IS THAT MOST OF THESE LITTLE CHILDREN WILL DIE, thanks to the way they are pushed to the front line of shooting, EVEN BEFORE THEY HAVE TIME TO HAVE NIGHTMARES!
Looking at the massive LTTE graves with their neatly placed head stones - I really wonder whether the mothers of all these children feel the sacrifice is worth it. It might have been worth it if Prabagaran's child too is interred there, or atleast they are fighting in the forefront for Eelam, - one may think, well, even our leader is sacrificing his own child, and his fear is as real as mine, his loss as painful as mine. But where are the children of the leaders? In cozy little houses in UK and USA, celebrating gala birthday parties and obtaining university graduations! all Tamils are equal but some are more equal than others, eh?
What is the use of an Eelam if you cannot have your child living there? what is the whole purpose of these massacres? Killing the Sinhala youth , who did not commit any crimes against your child ( how can you forget that it was the older generation who committed all the crimes against you but they too are liveing abroad in posh houses comfortably with their own children safe), murdering the Muslim youth who only wanted to protect themselves ( don't they have as much yearning to live freely as the Tamils?) and forcibly taking away the Tamil grade five youth and training them to be murderers -what is this so called ealam for? For the so called leaders to have an elder's homeland?
I sincerely wish the mothers of the Tamils will wakeup to the reality. We have come a long way from the time of Amirthlingam and 'thamby'. War is not essential now. there are saner ways to settle this problem but your leader does not know any other way than fighting. Don't you all see that any extension of friendly hands are also chopped off by your so called leaders simply because they do not know how to shake hands? Is it because they fear loss of their own power with Peace? Probably.
What exactly are you fighting for? If say, Ealam does become a reality with war ( without peace) where will the rest of the Tamils be? will they be able to live in the Sinhala Srilankan land? are you all planning to emigrate en mass? to the ealam? will there be enough land, jobs,income etc. to take all of you? or to go abroad? do you really think the Sinhalese will let the rest of the Tamils to live peacefully while the ealam is established by force by massacre, by murder and evacuating everyone away from there? if so, what is the great idea of ealam? for whom?
It's time the Tamils wake up from their stupor. the ealam idea started with the correct ideology but somewhere along the line it had gone terribly terribly wrong - it had become ironically the 'tiger's tail' - a situation where you can neither hold onto it nor let go. but let go, you must and tame the tiger, bring it to the table, not to bite the hand but to learn to rule without tyranny and terror, so that this story comes to a happy ending.
That can happen only through the efforts of discerning Tamils, no one else. |

I was thinking about you when TNA is in India. As expected you are paniking now. Don't worry you will be looked after by RAW. They took care of Perumal. Why not you donke8. Have you registerd your name in the nearest police station? If not go to the nearest and do.
You got good responses from GOSL/ JVP and now you writing to Thambi. MR's legs are so wet with your saliva why don't you go up a bit find some nice place which you can do better than Doglass. |

The Tamil Rehabilitation Organisation (TRO) is seriously considering to appeal the recent Colombo High Court ruling which saw the freezing of its accounts for a six-month period.
Why appeal?
Its blood money anyway sent to kill innocent tamil kids. Gosl is doing the right thing in freezing. There's plenty more to freeze to stop this unending killings.

Killing innocent Tamil kids- what we saw 61 school girls in Mullithivu by the racist SLAF, in side the churches, raping and abducting innocent Kids by the GOSL and it goons... abducting innocent Tamils in Colombo and south and dumping their bodies in the jungles(Awissawelle) and this JRJ guys is ever confused as always |

Now everybody knows where were those school girls with military outfits. Don't try to white paint the LTTE my friend that they were learning Physics or Chemistry. No school girls learn Physics or Chemistry in a military training camp. If that is the case you better do some reading to know the facts before writing the fiction here.

A feeling of breath of fresh air intermingles with passion and sense, I am fine honey. And as always for peace no doubt. But I have to be specific honey.
Now lets take one by one and try to analyse.
Why do you think the TRO funding is frozen?
We have acquired sufficent factors that TRO is aiding the LTTE for terror activities where it supposed to help the helpless and stranded innocent tamils. If that is the case charity organisations are deemed to be frozen despite how their outlook is set.
I would say after thorough investigations these funds could be released to the appropriate charities should TRO funds be kept loggerheads.
Sorry dear, didn't see the other post so let me combine with that too.

But dearie..Please tell me what would be your idea if those children are really innocent school children brutally murdered by the SLAF?
Well, there are indication that these innocent girls are being snatched from their parents and taken to the training camps to provide military lessons. In that case despite kids being innocent we cannot say the act was rightful, despite I condemn the killings of kids. Unfortunately the innocent kids at the wrong place, Their parents have confessed that LTTE have snatched them from the parents to get to the training camps. Is this the future for our kids darling Priya? I ask would you be happy to see your priceless kid being snatched away only to be killed because being in the wrong place? I'd be devastated I may even join the forces and kill the swines off.

Listen, my friend. I don't believe in war like many of our moderate members here. I believe in socio-political restructuring and that is to keep the Sri Lanka as it is now but give a new facelift with rapid development projects in the NE area to prove that Tamils are not discriminated as they were before. We cannot divide the country along ethnic lines as that would only drive another dimension to create more ethnic strifes.
The war has to come to an end but this should bring the understanding of issues. Prabha cannot go on this senseless killings of his own people, it has to come to an end. Nobody deserves death at the expense of another. We have to put a stop to this.
The real issues would be discussed subsequentto that. Arms is not the way to win your demands that would perish the intention.
