LTTE warn Sinhalese will pay the price for army action

Sri Lanka`s ethnic Tamil rebels said Wednesday that weeks of military airstrikes and shelling has made the lives of Tamil civilians ``misery,`` and that the ethnic Sinhalese would pay the price.
S. P. Tamilselvan, the Tiger`s political head, in a meeting with the Norwegian ambassador, said Tamils were suffering ``absolute misery,`` and criticized the international community`s lack of action, the rebels` peace Web site said.
He warned that the majority Sinhalese would have to ``face the consequences soon.``

That is what SLGO is looking for and it will justify their attacks.
SLGO will use this as excuse for more attacks against LTTE. |

In SAMPUR SLA attack on tamil land , 93 Tamil civilians have been killed and 215 injured in LTTE controlled regions of Muttur east and Eechilampattu from April 25.
The Rajapakse regime will orchestrate a jubilant victory celebration of Sampur in the days to come. What is not realised is that this 'victory' is in reality a great crime against humanity. |
