The 20 million in the TRO account will now disappear into the bank account of the thief Rajapakse.
This man Rajapakse is a well known thief of aid money.
He didn't care about the poor sinhala folk of Hambantota after the Tsunami and does anybody think that he gives a hoot about the poor tamil refugees. |

Therefore, his version of history of the tamil struggle is likely to be biased against the LTTE.
Hi Tarquin, I don't know much about the author, but if you read that series of articles it is very well written and gives a very clear pciture of the history of the Tamils in Sri Lanka. he does not seem to take one side or the other.
Maybe he was more balanced back then if it is the same man LOL. |

Great move by the GOSL.
LTTE is getting caught while buying weapons..
Their front office TRO assets are now gone..
LTTE boats are getting destroyed..
LTTE baby tigers are getting killed..
FBI is after LTTE supporters..
Getting bombed by the kfirs..
And the GOSL is not listning to anyone..they are on a mission..
So atleast get the idea now..LTTE will be whiped out soon..u'd rather kill your self before that..or else most of you LTTE supporters will be prisoner of the GOSL..

Hi Revy,
I saw in one of your posts that you did not know much about Neelan Thiruchelvam.
Neelan is a Tamil scholar, a Harvard graduate in law. He was more into corporate law not into criminal law. I grew up with Neelan and I know him and his family very well. Neelan was very passionate about his community and was always trying his best to contribute to the Tamils. Neelan was involved in drafting some proposals with Prof. G. L Peris whan Chandrika Bandaranaike was the president.
Neelan was killed by the LTTE on his way to work. I have no idea why he was killed because he did not ever utter a word against the LTTE. There was a lot of speculation such as he was supporting Chadrika B etc. I am simply unable to comprehend the motive behind his killing.
There were many instances in this forum some members from the Tamil community going on a slandering match against Neelan. I have always defended him and his name because I can tell you first hand he was not SLFP supporter or UNP for that matter. Neelan was of the firm belief that there has to be a political solution and was working in his own way towards it. That is not a reason to kill the man.
I have to admit I may be biased because of my friendship. But this is what I know and I thought i will give my two cents about Neelan the friend, Neelan, the father and Neelan the man who loved his community but to be killed by some members of his own community. |

Hi sk63, thanks for sharing that with us, yes as I said I don't know much about him, and if he was a man as you describe, I too do not see any reason for his death.
As I said before the LTTE is made up of human beings, and human beings make mistakes, however you cannot say the underlying cause is not justified due to one or two mistakes.
Someone brought up World War II in this thread and mistaken bombings on the part of the allies, yes they happened but does that mean the fight againt the Nazis was wrong? Of course not.
Anyway I will try to find out more about him. Cheers. |

MR has caught the tail of the Tiger.Whether he hangs on to the tiger's tail or let go,he is going to get mauled. That is why he came and met TB to get his advice about what to do with the thingy bob he had caught.Well,Tony is also in a diare strait-whether to quit or not or to stay bit longer. Now the EU is slowly realising its folly of banning the Tigers.India is also now realising that they cannot continue with the policies and practice they have been pursuing the last ten to fifteen years-vissavis the tigers, owing to the new developments involving Pakistan. The tide is turnig against the sinhala state terrorist.Weeks ahead will be very interesting.

Raves,
Ive had enough of danger
People on the streets
Im looking out for Angels
Just tryin to find some peace
I think its time
That you let me know
So if you love me,say you love me
But if you dont just let me go
Cuz teacher there are things that I dont want to learn
And the last one I had made me cry
So I dont wanna learn to hold you, touch you
I think that your mine
Becuz there aint no joy
For an uptown boy
Whos teacher has told him Good bye..Goodbye...Goodbye

You mean like the tsunami in Sampoor that turned into a small ripple? Oh do you mean a tsunami like in Jaffna when the SLA tried to take EP again, that turned into a minor ripple too. Perhaps the tsunami north of Point Pedro, where 20 SLN Dvoras had to battle for 9 hours with the sea tigers losing two and wrecking one. Oh I know you must be talking about the tsunami in mavilaru, which was over in 24 hours, oh wait I mean 24 days+.
You see the only tsunami's your forces have are on paper for people like you to gobble up and forget about the desperate state of your country.
So yeah please bring on the SLA ripples ok LOL |
