That is called a democratic government. Mahinda cannot take decisions when ever he wishes because he has to adhere to the majority voices/govern bodies/IC/ etc etc..
oh poor poor achoo, that's known as a dictatorship by the majority and not a democracy, please go educate yourself on what a democracy is:
do a google search on 'what is democracy' the first link should be the US DoS site.
and see how the banana (or tea-bag) republic fails at so many basic principles of democracy.

If LTTE is not doing its terrorism acts nor they are in any capability to provide any simple necessities to the people of their territory, what the heck is LTTE doing?

Who's asking you to argue with me? Just read what a democracy actually is before calling Sri Lanka a democracy. Those aren't my words, they are as explained by the Department of State, compare what is there to what is in place in Sri Lanka and make you own conclusions.

how else would you solve problems? anyone who have heard a voice of VP will realise he sounds like a little girl when he yaps. Imagine a low pitched noice eminating from huge ugly fugly. its just disgusting! anyway.. nothing wrong with inviting for talks face to face. The Cameraman showed that so closely everyone to see, first time in life I was so shamed to be a Sri Lankan. All my friends were laughing their ass off.
This man brought more shame to Sri Lanka in a short period than Chandrika did it in her 12 years' term in the office. At least auntie Chandrika had some charm. Mahinda Modabakse has this child killer looking gamarala face with a funny moustache.
Have you seen cartoons in Indian magazines, mahinda modabakse begging to India with blood soaked hands?

I don't care what definition you want to bring it to Sri Lanka comparing dictionaries, analyzing etc. etc.
I love my country, I rather be in Sri Lanka than the worlds best democracy!
The best democratic country in the world will still treat me like an immigrant, and a second class citizen - I rather be where my roots are intact.
No definition put forth by anybody can stop the love I have for my country in my heart. |
