MR cannot be fairer than this... He cannot be more sincere than this... He cannot simply go beyond this.
Time for action... from both sides.
My gut feeling is that Velu, being a war criminal, would not accept this offer... He just cannot live among others... He has to kill & hide in order to survive another day.
If 'Tamils' say that they are suffering... why not do somethibg... at least apply a bit of pressure to persuade Velu.
The whole world is watching... not only LTTE... How peace-loving Tamils re-act to this offer. |

MR doesn't want to talk with Pkaran. He knows that it is useless. But he has to do something to convince IC that he prefers peace while fighting. Good approach by MR.
