If you forget the Bunker rat issue, there are still the same. When we go to up country for holidays the people are still the same with their smile and genuineness. Tamil people are decent people I always feel for them, its a pity this bunker monkey is dancing to a different tune that spoils innocent tamils.
You are 100 % right. The bunkers spoiled it for the innocent hardworking Tamils. After all this is well and finished the two communities have to come with a soul searching seminar and iron out differences and try to get back to the old days.
There will be long healing process which is necessary after a long and a bitter battle. |

Yes!! I do..now i am thinking of the other two big companies!! Transport companies! i can't remember..when we travel to colombo by car we used to sort of bet and count the # of lorries that we pass..Is that Chellapah!! and M.S Fernanado..
Laliths..two years ago..we had a van full of people, Tamil, Sinhalese, burghers and we went on a round trip. We climbed Sigiriya..and i did it for the first time..wonderful experience!! went to Kandy, N'Eliya, Badulla, Elle (stayed at the elle guest House) had a bath on that famous water fall...and went to Galle and came to colombo!!

if i knew that i wouldnt be typing!
VP not only will surprise all the sinhalese he will surprise a vast majority of the tamils too with his moves. Thats the think we love about the man. no emotions just goes about his business. we can always count on him.
thats what i tell my fellow tamils here when they post. DONT give in to emotions even if the chips are down. just post your stuff and walk away.
i'll quote HGB's famous words.
