Berty ayya,
i have tried everything under the sun..I have eaten snakes and omelet with bugs in it..I have eaten fried cockroaches!! well when your in China do as the Chinese do..they say the blood of the snake is good for MEN..lolz...send asantha here!!
yeah Ting mentioned about cockroaches etc. OMG, it really puts me off, I don't know how you guys eat that stuff with cockraoches, snails frog legs etc.
Asantha hates that stuff, in fact causes Hartal when Ting comes, so I make the CFA with her :)
Btw, what do you guys normally eat? I mean not half cooked meat.
Btw, why do they eat almost everything under the sun? Don't they have vegeatarians? Being a Buddhist related country (I mean Tibet and all that), how could they eat everything, that's absurd. |

Yes I am talking about the Korean one, I have not tried mainland chinese food, well I have had a sample when visiting Singapore at least I think it was more mainland, but was not exactly to my liking, so I guess their hot pot is different too, will have to avoid that if I ever visit =) |

Priyanthi darling,
I am not denying the mistakes or injustices happened in the past. What I believe is why we are still linger on the past mistakes than rectifying them.
I mean if both parties come to a mutual agreement then there won't have to be war any more.
Its a prt of compromise dear. You need Sinhalese and we live tamils to live in peace and harmony like brothers and sisters. My whole point is why are we trying to separate when we can live together in peace. |

Berty,
Man, I like that saying 'Arms are for Hugging' let capitalize on this and print a few T-Shirts and put it on Ebay and make few bucks. Forget the War buddy, the Gold Rush is ON.
Berty, Remember Amaris Silva Lorry transport service in Thalawakele. Do you know those guys?.
I get home sick when you talk of these places. Geeeez what the hell I am doing here fighting the Terrorist on the Internet. Need a holiday.
Last year did a big round Trip. Went to Katharagama, from there to Wellawaya, Koslanda,Beragala, Haputale, Haldummulla, Belihuoya, Back to Welawaya, through Ella to Namunukula and Badulla, Bandarawela and visited the Old schools and back to Colombo. Oh it was in December and the cools an cozy sleeping weather in Bandarawela. Miller and Cargills are still there.
What the hell happen to us? Where is the harmony and the camaraderie we had. All is lost. It will take another century to come back to that period where the Sinhalese and the Tamils lived side by side sharing stories and festivals.
God, I feel sorry when I remember those days. Edited By - laliths - 15 Aug 2006 13:21:15 GMT |
