I am seriously thinking of moving to China. I'll be there for a week end of the month and see how it is now. I agree with you about all the negative propaganda regarding the Chinese govt. But it is true the people don't have much of freedom. (Expression). Did you hear even Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL and the rest agreed to censor the internet news with accordance to the demands of the Chinese Govt.

UNP is not in power today cos of denial of franchise to the Tamils in the NE! Otherwise they were way ahead! They would have been a govt made up becos of all te 3 communities. But some elements didn't want that to happen. |

Yes, LTTE had planned an air attack and prepared even the press release for the Tamilnet. Then, a TNA MP has boasted about the impending attack. That was it.
The bottom line is the forrces are happy to front LTTE bacause it is better to go that way than claymore way. One claymore on a bus means over 50 soldiers. That's the way they look at it. It makes sense to me. |
