that is completely untrue. Flares are not automatically sent by a computer it is sent by the pilot. It could be sent anytime and anywhere so don?t get your fighter jet know how wrong.
Hahahaaaaaaaaa.. another one desperately tries to put his head in the sand ;-)

Listen buddy.. The pilot cannot spot SAM's in the air it would be too late by then.. it's not like he can roll down the windows and take a look ;-)
It's the computer that alerts the pilot when there's a target lock, and only then will a pilot release flares.. (Most modern jets do it automatically).. Do you really think every pilot landing in palali base releases flares?? Besides it's very unusual and unheard of that a pilot would release flares on his own base?? what could possibly be the reason?? did the tigers sneak into the base and fire SAM's from inside it?? or did they fire from surrounding areas?? Don't try to rationalize something so absurd!
Use some common sense man.. If you have it ;-) |

I accept with your points regarding the govt media. I DO NOT read them or listem them, mainly because when we read them what I feel is, they try to make us fool
OR
they are really foolish controllers (politiccooaa) of the country.
No argument on the above.
But in the other hand, I have to share the same for TamilNet as well. I dont know whether it is more or less.
But, I read tamilnet, not not going through govt media. I decide by getting news from many other resources, not only from one.
Thats why I asked whether, there is anybody else who has confirmed this. |

Ha ha ha thank for the ceasefire agreement we enjoyed last 3 yrs.we managed to get aircrafts & what ever we want to hit back you moda guys.you never thought what would happen in the future & you believe us like nothing.thank you again & again mr. parana govmt singhe.if we are loosing this battle please come to the power again we need you to make your people fools like you.

It is not difficult to figure out what happened to the 17 workers from the French Volunteer Organisation:'Freedom from Hunger'.
LTTE rushed into Mutur to drive out the Muslims (primarily), and any Sinhalese they find there. The zealous young man leading the LTTE band that runs into this group of volunteer-workers finds that they are actually helping Muslims to remain in Mutur - pick-up their lives once again, after the harrowing Tsunami experience. He is aghast to find these are Tamils who are helping Muslims to recover & re- establish themselves in an area where they should not be (according to LTTE doctrine). He is furious .. and then he finds a Muslim amongst them .. that un-fortunate person is the first to 'go'. Others - traitors, as far as he is concerned - are also summarily killed with a bullet to the head. No time to waste .. he and his band had a lot of things to do that day .. their instructions were to drive away from Mutur, as many Muslims as possible.

You work it out .. Who had the best motive for this act ? In fact I would say .. more than motive; it was done on the basis of firm instructions. The LTTE bands which rushed into Mutur that day had instructions to get the Muslims out of Mutur .. and here were a group of people who were doing their best to keep Muslims (and other un-wanted people like the Sinhalese)in Mutur. As duti-ful LTTE fighters they would have carried out the executions, happily. (LTTE has killed any number of Tamils, they have seen as 'traitors' - killing fellow tamils is nothing to them. As for the relatives of victims - who are in LTTE territory - they would have no choice. They will say as instructed by the LTTE - out of fear for their lives. There may also be monetary inducements). |

when was the last time any aircraft landed with flares?? Flares are used only when SAM's have already been fired and only when there's a traget lock ;-) Not when landing at their own base.
Even aircraft from Nato & Israel deploy flares as a precaution, whether flying high or coming into land. These are standard operating procedures in conflict areas. |
