If that is the case the tamils can sue the army? why don't they do that?

No I was not joking if that is true why the tamils don't sue the army? Innocent protest would not harm unless they were threatening to blow up like the suicide bombers. |

like i said many times democracy in lanka is a sham. when the state unleashes violence who do we report too.
you need to look at the period from say mid 50's to mid 70s when there was no militancy. think as to what took place.
i ll drop a few key words and you can do your own ressearch.
i am sure the JVP is reportiung the 50k plus disapperances eh.

So Dada555, don't you think Tamils are cleaning toilets only in western countries and the Sinhala are in the Middle East. Sri Lankans what ever the job they do wherever they are, are Sri Lankans even when you and the terror thugs don't want to accept it. |
