When I speak Tamil some laughed at me for my pronunciation
Its hard I know for being brought up in Europe. Even we are trying to speak some Sinhalese with our little one when he's groing up inthe UK, but since we're planning to leave not later than 2008 so he won't have a problem in Sinhalese.
For you I think you don't need to be too down on Language. Because learning is something happens throughout ones life.
My English is not superfine so I guess I still learn everyday. |

Believe Tamils are good as well as Sinhalese.
if w marry a sinhalese girl, surely he will love her.
There won't be any war or conflict between mixed marry couples. I think so. |

Come on Kamani Thangathie? how many times I had tell you (see my previous posts) we are agaist Sinhalees at all. We are only agaist Sinhala fundermentalist and state terrorists.
the Sinhalese girls are innocent so don't give them a hard time with terrorism and military stuff
As far as she is not coming from State terrorists family, I would be happy to marry a Sinhalese Girl. |

Please don't assume that Sinhalese girls are related to state terrorists families and that is sinful (paw). I have an uncle who is related to forces but I don't support terrorism or killing. Just because someone is related to forces she/he cannot be bad.
I am glad if you marry a Sinhalese girl and I know one Sinhalese girl called 'Vinitha' got married to a Tamil boy called 'Rajah'. They have two children now. Rajah treats Vinitha like a doll in fact too much love and care. I cannot believe how he can show so much to her. She is so much taken up by tamil culture and family values. I feel why others cannot do the same thing. |
