Luxury brothel raided

A luxury brothel house was raided by the Welikada police on Friday. Six prostitutes, from the outstations (in the age group of 20 to 25) were arrested and brought to the Welikada police station.
The owner is a reputed attorney-at-law in Battaramulla. The brothel is situated at Attygalle Mawatha, in close proximity to the Welikada police station.
The raid was conducted under the supervision of OIC, Welikada, Sagara Liyanage. He said the raid was conducted after a surveillauce report submitted by a police decay.
The police party which conducted the raid included, IP, Francis, SI, Kahandawela, SI, Ratnasinghe, Sgt. Vijith Ananda, PCs Dharmasena, Saman and WPCs, Menike and Akila.

The owner is a reputed attorney-at-law in Battaramulla.
What does this say about the legal system in Sri-Lanka.
Dint a judge get caught getting a blow job some time back?
I thought many in this forum were bragging about the legal system! Sinhala Buddhist heritage and what-not. |

HOw come he is reputed Attorney at Law. This Madayan did not get any court cases, so he became a PIMP (JOHN).
Luxury may be rooms are air conditioned and beds are without bugs. |

This is what typical failed state GOSL , no such events could be smelled in TAMIL EELAM , GOSL and its justice systems both bankrupted , 100,000 child workers and 40,000 child prostitute but you all still have no voice for it , except anit-tamil , han ? please look after you home first . |

The police jokers can do better things than raiding brothels. There are much more serious crimes than prostitution and they waste their time raiding these places. Basically the raid occurs when their dues are not paid or free 'screws' are refused by the owner.
Sex is one of the most important physiological functions may be even more important than food. The life is centered round sex. Sexual deprivation leads to all kinds of physical and emotional problems. Sex is a tranquilizer. Lack of sexual gratification leads to violence. I even wonder that sexual deprivation may be one of the reasons for so much of violence in Paradise.
Look at women who are sexually starved, they are very irritable and aggressive. They must allow these brothels to operate under healthy condition as in many countries. Laying down guidelines will avoid unwanted problems.
Look in our crowded buses and trains or go along the beaches, it is terrible. No decent women can go in the buses and trains because of sexually starved men and perverts who harass them. The movie theaters are the same.
So let there be a healthy out let for people to have healthy sex to break away the boredom of 'chicken' daily. Men are bored with the same women so let them have a variety like Chinese food one day, Thai food the other day and so on.
In the mean time let the police jokers to attend to really serious crimes. The guys who talk of morality are the worst rascals. So let us be more practical.
But one thing, keep the fees reasonable! |

| I am sure that this raid was organized due to someone not getting paid enough or not getting paid at all. Our police force will never do anything like this if the persons concerned were being oiled properly. That is why we hear of these isolated incidents when there are brothels down most street in Colombo operating day and night without any problem. Whom are they trying to kid? SL police is corrupt from top to bottom and that is a known fact even the traffic cop will let you off a parking fine or some other misdemeanor for 50 bucks. The ladies in question here must be now working for free in the police station, which is an incentive to the cops who otherwise cannot afford such luxuries. |

Nada had very correctly expressed his view about the importance of legalizing prostitution.
I cannot disagree with him on this point either I even wonder that sexual deprivation may be one of the reasons for so much of violence in Paradise.
LTTE is sexually deprived too. |

As pointed out earliar the best folks to commit a crime would be lawyers. why. because they know the loop holes in the law and work around it. this is nothing knew.
