I said 'you sinhalese' as we all know GOSL is a sinhala government. The governing articles of the sri lankan nation is made such away that no tamil will be allowed to represent the GOSL without playing the sinhala voice.
Anyways,
The treatment ment for the poor tamils in the hill country is far worse than any other race or popullation in the country. They work hard for the country and bring in much needed revenue. But the GOSL played the political card on them and destroyed their livelyhood.
I remember even there was a suggestion by JVP and JHU that sinhala people should be made to work in estate like tamils and the tamils will be removed out from upcountry. The problem was the sinhala people were not ready to work under same conditions which tamils worked there.
I never sri lanka has a developing country, far is I go Sri Lanka is a FAILED STATE. This is due to the consequence of political decisions made by sinhala politicians. Eg:
1. Introducing Ethnic Quota system in employment.
2. Introducing Ethnic Quota system in Education.
3. Ethnic cleansing of tamils
4. Corruption
5. Racisim
6. Electing unsuitable and uneducated leaders to lead the nation.
Now, see what is happening to 93,000 nationals in Lebanon..

Kusumban you are quite right. It's very strange the way some of the guys make up these figures and stats.

1 and 2 as Kusumban said are non-existing, there are no quota systems for education and employment in SL.
3. That is something that LTTE have committed since about 1983. There are no sinhalese or hardly any muslims left in Jaffna now.
4. Do you have the audit account for LTTE's fund collections? Corruption ain't a Sri lankan thing , India is the most corrupt in the world.
5. It's only LTTE and it's supporters who talk about racism, hardly anybody else. (well, JVP/JHU number is very small)
6. Uneducated leaders.. well where did Prabhakaran, Tamil Selman, Anton bala got their PhD's from ?? Asking just for our information.. |

Yesterday I suggested a trick to Cobra how we could test the waters. Go to one of your state terrorist camps/entry point anywhere in SL or Eelam (occupied territory) and shout as ?onna kottia ava? if your state terrorists haven?t done any VV then we could take it they are ready to meet VP in the battle field?.. otherwise please keep licking the world?.. |

Child labor is not only a problem in Lanka.
Even here in UK.
But they said it is part time.
These BBC reporters should be punished and chased worldwide. |
