Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera`s delegation for talks with Chinese leaders included two local government politicians, Matara Mayor Upul Nishantha and Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman D. Kulaweera. According to our embassy in Beijing, Samaraweeradelegation included Ambassador Nihal Rodrigo, Senior Advisor to President Dr. Jayantha Dhanapala and Treasury Secretary Dr. P. B. Jayasundera.
