Sri Lanka needed to act-and act fast
Members in the forum interpret the above in different ways but the real meaning of the phrase only knows by MR and RW. If Shyam Saran wanted to tell only what has been reported by the media he would have done that by talking to two leaders over the phone, instead he visited in person and conveyed this. Why? |

That is what LTTE wants. that is their plan.
LTTE scares Tamils , they fleeing to Tamilnadu, that becomes a headache to Central Indian govt.
Then LTTE explode claymore in a several cities at once to start ethnic riots. then the SLDFs wll be occupied because of the riots.
then they attack Jaffna and then ask IC to give eelam.
That is the plan.
Only thing tamils get killed in thousands. those killed have eelm for ever.
Velu and the gang runaway to Norway or UK and live happily ever after.
The best thing is, at the turning point start bombing Kilinochchi and MUlttativu command and control centers.
There should be bunker busters, at least a few.
Then all the LTTE plans will buckle.
Kilinochi should be mobmed in a way that LTTE caders can not be escaped for fighting.
Cordon and search operations will look after, if begun now, all the suicide bombers in the south.
Media has to inform the genral public, under any cicumstances keep it calm and quait.
REport any suspicious behaviours and people to the olice/SAL, if needed arrest them. Don't harm them.

There is another point, this 'act right now and act fast now' thing. I cannot write that here.
GOSl should have counter plans to always spoil the LTTE plans.
Civilians are one tool in those plans.

Can you catch fish before you get to the water?
According to the way I see it that is what the government is trying to do.
Before peace could be attained the environment for peace has to be achieved and Sri-Lanka is no where close to it.
All criminal acts should be investigated proper and brought to Justice this is not to please the LTTE but to build confidence with the general population.
The systems in place have been bias for such a long time that object targeted initiatives should be put in place even with a sunset clause.
Hate crime laws should be passed and enforced.
If this happens the GOSL will have a better chance of negotiating.

HATRED IS THE INCENTIVE THAT LTTE HOLDS AS THEIR TRUMP CARD. Evidently the very government that has to contain this by passing laws is unable to proceed further because the partners in alliance are the instigators of hatred and fear of losing all birthrights of the singhalese people by devolving administrative authority.
The more hatred we see at govt. level justification is presented to the IC to seperate from the mainland.
LTTE can't be blamed for asking to seperate, although a united states of Ceylon, country can flourish in co operation.

This is by a tamil doctor (physician) about LTTE lies.
Cover and Cover-up
Anybody in the medical profession can confirm that the blood was so fresh on those photos published by Tigers? propaganda web sites which were blaming the Sri Lankan government for the Vangalai Barbaric Massacre. The blood was pure blood red on those Tigers? photos which must be taken within few minutes. If the pictures were taken even after an hour the blood would look like dark blackish red. How was the Tigers? photographer able to take such photographs within minutes? Why Tigers claimed few days later four of their own men were killed by enemies in Mannar, which is very close to the murder scene? I strongly believe that these four tigers had committed the murders, and few days later these murderers were killed by Tigers to completely cover up the matter. I also believe as the blood evidence suggests the Photos were taken immediately at the scene of the brutal murder. So a family was killed brutally by Tigers for its propaganda, and then the Tigers who executed the order from the Tiger leadership and committed the murders, were also killed to destroy the evidence. This was not the first time Tigers did such a horrible murder for propaganda purposes. They even had murdered hundreds of their very own for their propaganda. The only business Tigers know is killing and nothing else.

A oart of Velu's suicide bomber day (July 5th) message.
Whether we like it or not the change has occurred, struggle is our life and life is struggle.
My mission should the tamils decide to accept, is to turn all the SriLankan tamils to human bombs so our leaders can celebrate them on July the 5th of every year.
Rest assured my kids are watching the turn around of these events from UK.
