Jaffna is my place. But I couldn't remember anything.
I learnt from my parents and from this forum a lot about Sri lanka.
yes I like to visit there because my relatives are there.

I am mad over sports. I played cricket for college and i am still playing in HK (Saturday league).
I have been watching all the matches. (The semis were played at 3 am HK time)
I feel Italy will win the finals 2-1.
I do not think France can score more than 1 goal with Baffon ( I am not sure i got the spelling right) the Italian Goal keeper!

yes, your right!! the problem was in my family we have 5 boys...and on my dads side both his sisters have 4 and 5 boys (1 gyal) on my mums side her sister's two children ( 1 boy, 1 gyal ) were also at SJC and CGC. My mum taught at Chundikuli and Mrs Deva was the vice principal and her sister was also teaching. If you take all the Christians there they were all connected.We are related to Anandarajah Master too.it is a small world and i loved my time at SJC (from 1965 to 1976). I also lived in the Hostel so went through all the fun lolz |

Because of our studies and the work of my parents
prevented before. now I am grown up. My parents don't want
to take risk. So that I always cry for peace in that country.

Berty,
I didnt play cricket for collger but i played two seasons here (league games). I gave up as it was interfering with studies.
i play soccer on a regular basis along with vball. I also swam for college. I love sports.
My uncle was an all ceylon hockey capt in the early 70's.
We are related to Anandarajah Master too
is this the principal that youre talking about. I know the youngest son very well. |

I am at library not labs, supposed get some refferences...
Yes, addiction continues but got really pissed off at that Matimuditha and Dracula/Vampire.....
Can't reason with those people, its like Andy Rod-removed-playing tennis...ONE DIMENTIONAL.
Did you watch footy last night....What do you fancy next Sunday....Frogs or Pasta?

TC,
I played Cricket, Hockey and Soccer for college (SJC). I did represent Jaffna schools in Hockey in 1975.
Who is your uncle? I am sure to know him.Jaffna College had a great Hockey team. we have Selvandarajah and Balasubramanium great hockey players!!
C.E Anandarajah was the principal of SJC and was shot by the Tigers! it is cos he arranged a cricket match vs the Sl Army at that time. His elder son was 2 years junior to me..Dev and he is in Melbourne and a Priest.
the younger boy was small when we were in college..but i remember him well as he looks a lot like his Father!! |
