Present rules and regulation does not allow some of these things.
But, even among USA or Canada, or UK, such level of harassments cannot avoid.
For example, they called Kalla for blacks
they attack in trains.
Even police attack and killed some of blacks.
My answer
1) lanaka need more tough actions against (law and order) such things.
2) Tamils/Sinhalese must develop mutual understanding
3) selfawarness

Of course, every society has some group of people whom do not satisfy whatever they achieved.
In Lanka, not only minority Tamils, but also majority Sinhalese have the same issues. Both people took weapons and followed terrorist path.
This is called youth arrogant act. Any country should not allow youth arrogance. Government must control the youth arrogance. Leaders must negotiate, consider and try to prevent such disasters.

Insulting the tamil race to take your despration will not sort any problem.
Equally I could say your Vijaja & his mates been expelled from India by his very own father for crimes they committed beyond any limits.You came out of his stock.
