Did you read what the English Manager said!? he said they practiced the Penalties so much and he does not understand how they missed it!! Gerald has told not to blame Roonie!!
The problem with any English side is that they think they are the world Champions!Look at the teams they beat in this world cup. they did not play a real good team until the quarter finals!! They do not deserve to go through!! simple as that!! |

To be a Great cricketer you have to be fit and play at the highest level. I do not think Giles and Jones are great bowlers!! yes they did well against Australia last summer (The Ashes series) but that was one off and it was played under their own conditions (home ground advantage)
The English when they play in sub cont..always have an excuse to say we have the Home advantage and we can never beat any team away from Home!! Now i do not hear that excuse and it is injury!! come on Sri Lanka smacked them in 36 overs!!
It was like a 20-20 match!!
Give the boys the credit!! They deserve it!! |

I agree.. england didn't deserve and Portugal played very exiting games they and Spain are my favorite teams in Europe.. France are playing well and have gained confidence but I hope they'd be stopped by Portugal..

If you ask me in form I think it will be a Germany Vs France finals..and it might go to the wire!! I feel at this stage Germany are favorites to be the World Champions!!
I admire the German Coach Kilnsman!! they were playing Terrible soccer 6 months ago!!
Italy haven't really played a strong side as yet!! so they will struggle against Germany..
Portugal on the other hand will be a hard team to crack as Deco will be back in the side after suspension!! might well again be decided on penalties..Germans are so strong when it comes to Penalties!!
Let us wait and see! |
