The kids are defenseless, they need education and proper upbringing, just like your kids. They don't voluntarily put on a cyanide capsule on their necks.If somebody does it by force, UNICEF are the childrfen's agency in the world to speak for the kids. If the UN or the UNICEF calls LTTE a terrorist organisation, shouldn't have any bearing on it. I think you need help, if the kids are aware of what you have just said here, they will curse even your neighbours. |

You say It's not being sure about your 'knowledge'. It's just doing the right thing right at the first time, it's called 'Total Quality Management (TQM)' as you are a 'Management Consultant' in 'Austalia a.k.a Tamil Ealam/Elam', you should 'know' these things better than others, isn't it ???

I am glad you have done the work to KNOW. I do the work to KNOW. Hence I am not dependent on seeing and hearing. Hence I am not driven by others who 'show' and 'tell'. When the environment in which I operate needs me to conclude I will do so and express an opinion. Until then I have a 'broad enough' mind to keep the path open. This is essential for any 'facilitator'. Those who do not have Administrative authority have to become facilitators to serve the same group. Recognising that boarder is the key to success in Management.

I applied for Australian Residency at the invitation of the Australian Government through the Australian High Commissioner in Papua New Guinea. The process was completed through my husband Param's visa which was supported by the University of New South Wales. In effect I came to Australia for Love and remain in Australia for Love.
You ask Did you go as an economic refugee or as an illegal immigrant

If you have DONE THE WORK to KNOW the Tamils in North & East you would not express through hearsay. If you have SACRIFICED as I have you would FEEL what I feel and there would be no need for any proof or agreement. Right now, you are at the lowest level using hearsay. Please limit yourself to your territory as per the rules of Democracy.

I am saying that the UN did not do enough WORK to KNOW whether the Tigers were more guilty of Terrorism than the Sri Lankan government. Hence the UN has the responsibility to limit itself to the reports of those who have done the work. UN declared the Tigers prematurely - and hence THEY now suffer the consequences. Those of us who have invested in the Tamil community would hold out until we KNOW that the Tigers are worse than the other groups that have official status - in this instance the Sri Lankan government.
The system of Democracy has drawn up the limits. Media for example has the authority to report. It needs to have confidence in the validity of its source - be it internal where the reporter 'sees' and 'hears' and then reports without any personal processing or external where the person who informs 'sees' and 'hears' and reports first to the media without any alteration. Like the Balance Sheet - (Thank you Mr. Benedict who taught me Accounting fundamentals) this is a photograph taken. This is the parallel of the 'house' in family values.
The next higher step is the Process through which these FACTS are born. This is like the Profit and Loss Account. The UN produced the Balance Sheet before it did the work to know the Tigers. It did not have a broad enough mind to keep the path open. This is because UN itself suffers from weak administration and those who are attached to UN position authority do not have humility to become facilitators where their Administration ends in real terms. UN needs more education on how to become a FACILITY through which all genuine workers could feel ownership in International Affairs - each one as per their investment.
