Yes, I fool and play like you do here. We are having a Cricket Festival here in Toronto playing in 5 seperate grounds in one complex at a place called King city.
I invite you to come there. Beautiful girls. Singhalese, Tamils,Burghers,Moors and Malay. Beer, Koththu roti, hoppers,buryani etc.
If you have children they will be entertained with magic show,Face painting and Clowns.
8 different schools are playing. Royal-Thomian,Josephian -Peterite all the big matches on one day. It's the July 3rd.
Come to the Royal tent and you will see me dancing with beautiful girls and ladies around there.

I am an All Island man interested in the well being of the oppressed. We have discussed about this in the past.
Like you say the poor singhala villagers experience severe poverty in comparison to the Tamils.
We are all people who have to seek parity amongst us to feel and associate as one family to gain progress.
If you know, 2 days ago 9 Tamil undergrads from Moratuwa university were taken into custody by Police.Not found guilty of any crime. Even after UNP MP Maheswaran intervened they were not released. If a Tamil MP couldn't have them bailed on his personal surety what other recognition can the Tamils have by the much acclaimed democracy in this country.
On the other hand a singhala Ganja mudalali is more influential with the Police to arrange any settlement.
This Tamil UNP MP is equal to a Dead Soul in our democracy.
Please tell me if he will support the Tamil cause or not??

| This seems to be good move in the right direction. There is nothing to be surprised because in Switzerland probably all citizons are expected provide details of their details to the nearest Police Station and even would have to inform the Police Station of a chnage in residense from one to another. |

This type of discrimination against the Tamils by the Sinhala GOSL started long ago and that is one of the reasons why the Tamil youth of NorthEast(Eelam)took up arms against the Sinhala GOSL.
It will not be a surprise if in the near future, the Hill Country(Malai Nadu)Tamils also take up arms against the Sinhala GOSL.

This is another clear indication as to the GOSL is operating with no strategy whatsoever!
The idea should be to convince the Tamil people to abandon LTTE and place trust in GOSL.
The Tamils cannot help themselves; they are helpless. The bottom line is that they generally trust the LTTE more than GOSL. I have said this before; for Tamils, LTTE is the better of two evils!
If GOSL think that they can win over the Tamils by killing, raping, and treating them like cattle, I have to conclude that Sinhala elite has no brain, but sheer arrogance! |
