Two fish vendors had a free for all at the St.John`s fish market in Pettah yesterday.There is a shortage of fish these days due to non arrival from the North and East and the fight was over a purchase.

This is not surprising when every thing is money and people cannot live without it.
What we need is a solution not a fight. Let those idiot politicians understand that by diverting all the spending money to war to public well being.
People need better quality life not war. |

Sritharan: Fish!! Great big fat pink fish!! Right here! Come to Sritharan to buy great fish! Good taste, nice low price, no bargain anywhere else! Come to Sritharan the fisherman to get prize fish!!
Tamil: My fish is can be found no where else cheaper than right here with me! Quality can be found no where else.
