This is the major difference between LTTE & GoSL (Armed Forces)...
Let us see whether Justice is served. This will be swept under the carpet like other corruption scandals!!
How could Sandagiri act as the Deputy Secy to the Ministry of Defense, LAW & Order. This the type of Govt the Majority Sri lankans (Mainly Sinhalese) want to lead the country and solve the Tamils issue!

Can you comment on Govt corruption? Do you agree all are Sinhalese in the GOVT. Can we call it as sinhala corruption?

Now your saying it is one country and don't call it as south or north. Why? why not treat the Tamils equally in north as well. why didn't the govt go and bomb south during the JVP problem.Double standards or Racially discriminated?
If it is one country the SL armed forces should protect every single Tamil civilian like they do to the Sinhalese!!
Tamils pay for the Defense budget as well! |

MR has lot of his realtives in high post. I would say this is acceptable if the contract is handled in 'Arms length'.
I might do the same to have my close relatives around me. I should not pay any $ more than the market rate,
SL is full of corrupt politicians. We need young blood in politics who has a vision, passion to fix the country. Country needs
New Infrastrucrure
New Govt with young
New policy
Split the country for 5 years. This way we can stop the war and spend time in cleaning and building new roads. new buildings.
Spend effort in building schools. Bring back English Medium. This is the only way to unite the country in 10yrs time. Let the second generation be united and live under one country rule. English Language must be the single learning medium. Tamil must Sinhala as second language and Sinhalese must take tamil as second language. Sinhala and Tamil must be taught from Yr1 to Yr 10. Read and write. Must attain 50% to at both to go to Yr11. Must attain 50% to get a job.
Trust me this will unite the country. We have dirty blood in our system (racism is full on). We can fix this in 10yrs time. Do Not Spoil the infants . Dont enforce racism in their blood. Lets work together.

It is good that the SC has ruled out Admiral Sandagiri should not hold his deputy secretary position until his case is heard. However, he is a good military officer and served as a chief of defense forces for a long period after retiring from his C of N position.
Unfortunately the present Prime minister Rathnasiri wickremanayake has many such allegation but still he is the PM in the country. It that because he is a politician?.
Admiral Sandagiri should be provided adequate security as he has a threat from LTTE. If he is proved guilty for his wrongful military deal then you may think differently.
However, my personal opinion is he is innocent as any military purchase is based on technical evaluation followed by tender board decision. The tender board includes senior officers from defense and financial ministries as well. |

Daya Sandagiri is a strong beleiver of Astrology. He goes to astrologers allover the country. He also buys books on astrology.
With the help of astrology he will find his way to come out of troubled waters without sinking.
Of course it's a well known secret that such people are a reason for a prolonged war and also they must take responsibility for all the battles Sri Lankan forces lost. |

According to Cobra corruption is good in SL, well said. Corrupted politicians dont work for the good of the country, they look after their personal interests. That is why the country will never resolve the politican problems seriously. Where is the solution from Mahinda, what happened to the all party eye wash?
Terrorism is by the state against the Tamils, bombing, murdering, raping, killing innocent women and children, forces violating innocent citizens even in christian churches.
Radhika should investigate and expose the double standards of the SL Gvt and high light the abductions of Mahinda sponsored Karuna group. |
