Do not forgive the Tigers ? Shantharam Nalli

A veteran politician and a member of the Indian State Council Shantaram Nalli has requested the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singhe not to forgive the Tiger terrorists who killed Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in 1991.
In his letter to the PM, Mr Shantharam Nalli has stated that the Tigers are late to understand their mistake. He has also mentioned that even if any other matter would have considered for forgiving the brutal assassination of Rajiv Gandhi could not be forgiven at all.
Mr Shantharam Nalli has also pointed out that the Tigers have bitten the hand extended by India which was done in good faith to strengthen the Tamil community.
Mr Nalli is the Secretary of the Congress Committee representing Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshmani Provinces.
