Mr.Brown,

Please do not go by poison pen letters that our country is famous for. Naleen is a very balanced person and he is the type of guy who will enlighten some of the warped minded people who cannot see anything beyond their racial boundary.

Most of these guys expect him to come out with 'Tamil bashing' at any cost because he being a Sinhalese. This is the mind set and their philosophy and their religion is 'if you are a Sinhalese then you have to be always anti-Tamil and hide all the evils done by the Sinhalese against the Tamils'.

For the same reason many enlightened Sinhalese such as Dr.Brian Seneviratne, Adrian Wijemanne, who write the truth are 'third grade fellows' for them while killers like Karuna, Douglas who do dirty job for them are heros and patriots and people who hide the whole pumpkin in a plate of rice such as Kadir are virtual Gods.

Mr.Brown, to upkeep the level of this forum please re-instate Naleen with an apology that he duly deserve.

At least many in this forum have not reached the maturity to understand what logic or sensible writing is all about and they like to live in the same old out dated rut without any desire what so ever to look beyond their limitations.

Mr.Brwon,

if you are really intended in cleaning this forum then you must kick out people like Cobra who writes day and night utter rubbish and worst still take away quite a lot of valuable space in this forum. He is a total waste product that should be sent out for incineration and not even re-cycle.

Nada,
Your last post doesn't qualify you to make any such request.

Your message was not only 'utter rubbish' in your own terms, but it is a personal attack on somebody who you didn't like. Surely, that shouldn't be the way to make a genuine request.

Jillball,

When I say 'kick him out' it is obvious that I don't like his contributions and in fact they were detrimental. My comment is based on the contents of his postings. It is my assessment and my personal opinion. Am I not entitled to make my personal opinion?

Beside, kicking him from here will give him plenty of time to do some constructive things like helping his wife, looking after children, washing clothes, cleaning house, etc. that will be more productive than his junks and unadultered rubbish of which almost all are tired and sick of.

So do you think contributing to the forum would not help in doing other things that you mentioned?

Of course you are entitled to your opinion, just like anybody else, that's exactly what I have been telling Naleen as well. When he threatened somebody on the forum, however he reasoned it out, the meaning of the 'freedom of expression' ceases to exist. What I said to you here was, by messages of that your previous ones nature, you disqualify yourself from being able to defend anybody. Also, you know some of your early day messages, which had no meaning whatsoever, were two hundred times longer than Cobra's.But nobody wanted you banned for wasting this webspace.

Beside, kicking him from here will give him plenty of time to do some constructive things like helping his wife, looking after children, washing clothes, cleaning house, etc. that will be more productive than his junks and unadultered rubbish of which almost all are tired and sick of.

I am not going to ask whether you have any problems in those departments, being a contributor this forum, but my point is, when people like you, tamilcanuck and others who are ardent supporters of LTTE, speak for the victim in this banning saga, the balance of the request fades away, his chances of being restored become slim. If you genuinely want his account restored, if I were you, I would keep my mouth shut leaving the balanced guys to speak. When you compare controversial characters like Brian Seneviratne, who doesn't speak Sinhala but a namesake sinhalese, to Naleen and contrast Tamil speaking, Sangaree with him, his chances become even slimmer.
Please be rest assured, I have no malicious intentions of bashing you or anybody else, just trying to be helpful to the victim here.

Jillball,

Again what you express is your personal opinion and not necessarily true or accurate. Your self-proclamation of being a 'very balanced individual' too is your very own opinion and I don't think it is anyone's else's.

So now that Naleen is not around are you competing to take over his 'position' though you claim him to be too intrusive. What you and many others stand for are opposed by millions on the other side, why even on the same side of the fence so I kindly urge you not to talk of being 'balanced' because what you talk as being 'balanced' is totally 'unbalanced' for many and unfortunately you have to digest that reality my dear.

When you tell me as a pro-LTTE'er it is again your warped opinion and it becomes too apparent that you did not care to read what I have posted all these months with great pain or whatever I have uttered had not got into your head or worst still what ever that got into your head you refused to digest it.

As I have been telling time and again for some of the people who have used to this numerical dominance any one who talk about the rights of the minority will become 'terrorists' or LTTE immediately and I am well aware that I or for that matter even Lord Buddha will be ever able to change that mind set.

When you compare controversial characters like Brian Seneviratne, who doesn't speak Sinhala but a name sake sinhalese....

There you are...the slip is showing too well of an 'unbalanced man'.... he is a Sinhalese who speaks some sense according to millions who support him and for you he is a name sake only. What prevented you from calling him a traitor? But for them Kadir and many others at the payroll of the yes men list are angels of peace, truth, honesty and fairness. Jillball, this is where the basic problem is, the mind set, the perception.......so there is nothing seem to be as absolute, isn't it..all are subjective...!

The option of whether I am with the LTTE or with the like of Kadirgamar, please leave it to me and let the time decide that. I have only to answer my very conscience and certainly my mind is not distorted by various inputs or insights and I have clear mental faculty to know what is right and what is wrong. Surely you don't expect me to go by what you promise Jillball, proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Hope this will explain your position and my position and whether I am who and who may not necessarily is of any concern to you if I don't do any harm to you. Please read my past long postings and try to review my standing and your grading of me.

Bye for now Nada

It is all a matter of time management. Yes if you sit full time in front of a computer churning out postings to this forum then you will not have time to attend to many other mundane issues or daily chores.

If you are a female, certainly you may be able to understand of a non-helpful husband at home!

Nada,
Your self-proclamation of being a 'very balanced individual' too is your very own opinion and I don't think it is anyone's else's.

Contrary to what you say here, I never said so. I am aware of minority rights and the discriminatory stuff some of the guys have been talking about, but I am strongly not in favour of terrorism. Tamil and terrorism are not the same to me. Whatever it is, I did not appeal for re-instatement of Naleen, for two reasons. One is his threatening of a fellow writer, (in fact it was Kumar, the top notch LTTEr claim to be from a Tamil Eelam) and secondly appealing doesn't make sense. The small group of admins who make decisions may possibly not have the luxury of time to spend on reading appeals and counter-appeals. They made a decision based on what they believed was right and they'll stick with it. The banning of an individual on a message forum wouldn't make a world of difference. Malship came back with a different name and so did Naleen. So my biasness shouldn't be an issue. All what I said was, if you wished him be re-instated, you had better leave it to those who could be considered unbiased. Having read almost all your messages from the beginning, I do understand where you stand in the picture. You are very partial and very LTTE friendly, but I have no qproblem in that, why do you have to argue on that? Let's be honest. Appeals like yours will not help if ever the management is considering his reinstatement, which I doubt.

So now that Naleen is not around are you competing to take over his 'position' though you claim him to be too intrusive?

I have no intention of taking over anybody's position. I did not claim Naleen to be intrusive either. I only criticised his warning to another person on the forum for which he was not entitled to.
When you tell me as a pro-LTTE'er it is again your warped opinion and it becomes too apparent that you did not care to read what I have posted all these months with great pain or whatever I have uttered had not got into your head or worst still what ever that got into your head you refused to digest it.

I am afraid, you may not have noticed but your posts are usually pro-LTTE. Whenever unbiased tamil like Oldpuli on this forum or Kathiragamar/sangaree on hard political stage speak out against terrorism, you are in forefront bashing them. I can only quote your past posts and nothing else to prove it. However, you don't have to be ashamed on that, there are many others who do agree with you on the forum. LTTE are your 'freedom-fighters' and saviours so stick with it. For eg, here's one from your past postings
Hi Dishonest, this will be my last posting to you until you give me specific reply. If the Tamils are harassed by the LTTE in the east it is all due to fools like karuna and his followers who are ruining the Tamil freedom struggle. In a situation like that where you guys are hiding in the army camps and attacking the LTTE then they too have to reply in a most appropriate manner for their existenc..
