I am very confused why a person of Gen Parami Kulatunge's importance has been given only one escort vehicle, when I see there are so many cordons going in the streets of Colombo consisting at least of 4-5 vehicles. (With sometime three similar looking cars with tinted glasses so the passers by cannot see in which vehicle the VVIP travels)

What a waste of money on these fools. No escort is better!!. Just like there should be no escort for VP and his fat commanders. Nadesan looks like a bull must be pigging out like VP. All the SL commanders look like buffaloes too. These lot have eaten too much and are drinking blood everyday.

The black tigers and DPU should finish all these bas***.

IIRC even Fonseka didnt have a Bullet proof vehicle. typically a bullet proof vehicle is good as the name suggests if a sniper is taking aim. If its a bomb the pressure and vibrations of the impact will be the cause that will kill a person and wonder whether a bullet proof vehicle would help (its steel reenforced but..) although probably will do a better job than an ordinary vehicle.

Tck,

Personally I feel had Gen. Kulatunge travelled on a bullet proof car he would have been saved with injuries. Am I right? I feel the car would have not been blasted into pieces in that case.

Doc,

never did try it out :):)

yes the damage wouldve been minimal. would this minimal damage save his life. depends on what sort of injuries he sustains. your guess is an good as mine.

Gentlemen,

I suggest that we do a COMPARISON OF DAMAGE to the killings.

Compare the debris of the Bus in Keppethigollawa where ALMOST THREE SIDES OF THE BUS BODY IS INTACT. mAYBE THE BUS WAS A BULLETPROOF VEHICLE.

How did the 65 people die where the structure of the Bus is almost in tact as opposed to the General's car that is disintegrated.

Please understand the nature and the motive behind.

Can you understand who did the killings?????

Is this another Inside job???? YES..YES..YES..

Keppethigollawa is an inside job. Go learn it perfectly from the Israelist or the Italians. Bloody half baked missions don't help you at all.

GOSL and Forces caught RED HANDED.

Dracula the Great says:

That is how Tamils get through their exams and you want us to remove standardization. This was revealed MP Cyril Mathew I the parliament if you can remember

You have not spoken of all his achievements Dracula:

1. Burning the Jaffna Library (Pyromania)causing irreparable damage along with Gamini
2. Conducting the famous 1982 DDC elections using thugs sent from Kurunegala by late Right Hon. Deputy Minister Ranjan Jayakody of Polgahawela
3. Stealing the ballot boxes using the thugs and police
4. Arresting the TULF MPs on the night before election to sabotage the voting (later JR apologized to TULF)
5. Trying to murder MP Yoheswaran but managed to burn his house and books
3. Organising the 1983 anti Tamil riots with military precision using his JSS thugs
4. Made available the electoral lists to the pyromaniacs to destroy the Tamils and their property

Dracula, this man Mathew was a paranoid schizophrenic and I have even gone to his house. He had no family and he always had a revolver under his pillow when he slept.

When finally JR kicked him out, within a few months he died like a dog. According to his nephew what hurt him most was not the firing by JR but overnight all his so-called 'faithfuls' stopped visiting him and this 'frustration' that finally killed him.

He too believed that he was let down by his own cronies and he too had a 'heart and conscience' to understand such human feelings.

When I expose all these rots then I am not a good fellow for you or even a racialist to many. But I have to answer only my conscience and I know too well what is in may heart. A few of you in this forum do not form the 'Sinhala Conscience'

My deepest sympathies to the families of the brave sons of mother lanka who falls victim to cowardly tamil tigers almost every month. I wonder whether this is the liberation these tigers seek? I am dumbfounded as to why the Sri Lankan government is attempting further peace talks with these sick in the brain LTTE! Its a pity that these barbarians still have not realized that SRI LANKA belongs to the SINHALESE. The minorities are most welcome to share our motherland - but if you want a separate state - just go look elsewhere because we sinhalese will not allow our motherland to be divided EVER!

All the stupid politicians in this country have their back-up vehicles with armed military from head to toe, bullet proof vehicles & the expendive facilities provided for living closer to Colombo for security reasons.

We knew Parami for his capabilities, military tactics & braveness. thatz why we condole the death of this WAR hero who sacrificed his life for the Sri Lankan cause.

Itz time to think why?

In my opinion, Parami was sent to be killed by the Tigers. can anyone in the forum tell me - who knowz where Parami has been travelling from everyday - who cannot kill
a person, who has to travel more than 40km (back & forth) every day to get to the office specially in a country where Suicides & the Claymores are everywhere. a prime target of terrorists over the years, third highest ranking officer in the Army has been doing that for many years. it looks as if the LTTE didn't wanna kill him all these time, otherwise this would have happened many years back. I feel LTTE has planned-out how to wipe-out any of their prime targets already, itz just a matter of time to get the order
from Wanni to finish-them-off.

We saw what happened to Kadiragamar
We saw the kind of security provided at the Army headquarters, which was said to be less adequate than an European shopping mole.
We saw how Parami was blown-off.

What for the bullet proof vehicles if they are NOT to protect the right people?
What for the PSD, MSD, SF, STF if they are NOT to protect the right people?
What for the expensive accommodations in Colombo - given to politicians & senior GOV officials who will never be killed by LTTE becasue they know that they are stupid - if they NOT given to the right people?
Why the stupid politicians are allowed to pay the last respect for those who died becasue of their mistakes?

Are we really ready?
Think like a terrorist, itz the best way to defeat terrorists.
