Kamani,
in the early-mid 80's vihara lane waa a 'bad' area. i.e like Brixton! i had a buddy who lived there and it was full of thugs. But according to Don Bonggo its cleaned up now.
SPM was a good area back them. ofcourse HFC was just a hop, step and a jump away.
thats why i couldnt understand the relationship between the two when you mentioned it. |

Eskimo06,
Once they get the Federal state or power sharing He is going to bite the cyanide capsule because we are after him for war crimes and other civilian murders carried out by him as well as under his command. So let him live and die in his hole. |

Ruwani,
am sorry if I offended you. Frankly, I don't know much about Denzil Kobbakaduwa. And I admit I am ignorant in that sense. Yes, he was a great man, in fact each and every soldier who served his/her country is great to say the least.
You didn't offend me but the whole nation including your own self. I know you talk a lot here but I have an advice...learn the facts before you speak, there are quite a few here, who pretend to know a lot but know only next to nothing.
Every soldier is great but Denzil was different. He was unusually popular and courageous. He was the man, evey man wanted to be those days . Edited By - Jillball - 15 Jun 2006 00:29:39 GMT |

Jillball,
Yes, I agree with you Gen Kobbekaduwa was a unique officer and a gentleman and everyone wanted to be like him and his popularity grew much better than bacteria on a pile of excreta thus he was assasinated by enemies within the Sinhalese rankings.
