Your online petition will go to deaf ears in the sinhala nation.

If peaceful protests would have worked in the Sinhala system this war would NEVER have started.

THE SLA ARE THE PERPETRATORS FOR THESE ATRCITIES WITHOUT DOUBT.
THEY SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

Mahinda Chithana should take action given it was in a government controlled area.
This too WILL BECOME a dead end investigation.

	Maninder this is not done by ltte or sla i have doubts about the sla, but ltte will not, 1)smoke 2)take alcohol or drugs 3)rape 4)kill children. you should ask MR.BROWN to organize a petition on behalf of the members here to do the investigation by an foreign independent party along with gosl and ltte. i will support your idea 101%.

ALL THE INVESTIGATIONS ARE CLOSED WITHOUT RESULT. THIS IS A TERRORIST STATE THAT RAPES AND MASSACRES CIVILIANS. The SINAHALA PEOPLE of the STATE CONDONE AND PROMOTE THESE ATROCITIES.
