All members of this Forum..is the following true. Can anyone enlighten me pls.
'On Krishanti' rape and murder,
The case has been investigated and the culprits brought to justice.
According to Corporal Rajapakse, one of the convicted, juniors carried out the orders from his superiors. The superiors were responsible for the rape and murders but are promoted to higher ranks and one was posted overseas as an High Commissioner.
Convict Rajapakse also confessed that 400 of the 700 disappreared in Jaffna were murdered and buried in Chemmani grave. But the SLA delayed excuming the graves by 3 months so that during that time all except 9 bodies were burnt. The trial of Rajapakse still pending because the truths will expose not only SLA but also the SLG.
This is how GoSL administers justice to the minorities and its supporters are paid handsomely to do propaganda like fabrigated birthday for Duvaraka and foreign studies. This way these hardliners divert attention from the real killings in Northeast. They write miles and miles of lines just to keep the lies buried just like the disappeared buried in Chemmani. |

Three of the 460 Muslim suspects arrested in Afghanistan and detained in high security prison in Gontanamo Bay were denied human rights in that none of them was produced in the courts. In despair they committed suicide by hanging themselves with cloths and bedsheets.
After their deaths due to torture
The US military said the men's bodies were being treated 'with the utmost respect'.
But in Sri Lanka the little girl who was also murdered together with her parents and little brother was hung in the most inhuman way to the disgust of humans. |

Firstly stop condoning the atrocities commited by the SLA against the tamils.
You claim this to be a democracy do you not?
These atrocities should NOT go unpunished. The GOSL shluld be made accountable and justice delivered. If they are unable to do this they should bring international investigative agencies to achieve the result since they CLAIM they are unable to to capture the culprits who thrive among their ranks. |

The guys who did this are neither LTTE nor state forces trying to achieve some political ends.
They, by great chances, are some rouge and pervert elements linked to or not linked to one of these parties, taking personal advantage of a difficult political situation.
How about launching a joint investigation on who did it and bring those darkest evils to justice?
We atleast owe that much to those four souls and to ourselves.
I request this forum to organize a petition to both President and Prabhakaran urging to take joint action againt this crime, as a unique gesture on behalf of all people of sri Lanka.
It will atleast help us to salvage a bit of our own sanity and humanity.

These atrocities and acts of calculated genocide take place in government controlled areas of the NE of teh island.
There is evidence from the neighbours that the SLA was at the site when this happened. MAHINDA CHITHANA is responsible for this.

There are times when politics, arguments and accusations stop. This is one of them.
This is not done by LTTE or SLA. These were done by some perverted elements linked or not linked with one of these parties.
We need to forget our differences now and should ask President and Prabhakaran to order a joint investigation to find out the culprits.
It doesn't matter culprits are members of LTTE or SLA. What matters is that we forgot our differences in the face of evil non-humane act and these two leaders listened to it.
It is necessary for our own self respect.
Are you willing to stand shoulder to shoulder with me to request this forum to kindly organize an online petition asking these two leaders to order a joint investigation into this crime? |
