Oslo talks underway - Still no face to face talks

The latest efforts to re start a dialogue between the government of Sri Lanka and the Tamil Tigers is underway in a picturesque lakeside town of Jevnaker, 67 kilometres from Oslo.
Reporters at the location say the talks began between the Tamil Tiger delegation and the Norwegians separately.
It is still not known when and if the two parties are going to have face to face talks. Government delegation is led by the head of peace secretariat Palitha Kohona while the Tamil Tiger delegation has the political leader S. P. Thamilselven as their leader.
The main agenda of the talks will be around the role of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission. Scandinavian peace monitors say it is increasingly becoming unsafe to monitor the faltering peace process in Sri Lanka.
Norwegian International development minister Erik Solheim had earlier told the media that his expectations for this round of talks are minimal.

No talk please , only need implement CFA .
Talk and keep talk ? Logic is missing here .
So Talk then deliver the agreed , then TALK again .lets implement the CFA and do as below !

Hello All,
The Lastest news the GOSL waiting to meet LTTE. Still the LTTE has said they are not willing to meet them direct. All the mediation should be done through Norway. Thank you very much..
Great... What happened to all the fanfare with GOSL? They reached Norway and failed to take an appointment with LTTE. Shame on the part of GOSL. I guess they forgot whey they went their... Wasting People's money.
Let all the treaties signed be implemented. atleast now GOSL should know what is stored in for them. Cheating itself, the whole Sri Lankans and the world community. 95% of the Sinhala and Tamil people are peace lovers but few babarians in the government is not allowing it to happen.
Does anybody understand what will happen to Sri Lanka if war starts again. Simple it will be the first in the failed nations.
NO WAR ONLY PEACE....

GOSL found a solution for the ethnic problem that is TALK and ONLY TALK , importantly NO IMPLEMENT .

| Now problem is the proxy. They have come to a term regarding this in Geneva. Geneva agreement should be implemented by both parties and the Proxy war should be stooped before any further talk. |
