Thiviya,

If Prabhakaran had learnt to communicate with Singhalese in a civilized medium other than terrorism after 23 year of war ,then the Tamil plight would have been solved over night in the 21st century. Since he has not been treated for his Schizophrenia by his Tamil physicians to refine him self with thousands of Years of human experience which is called decency, humanity ,the hypocritical Tamil Diaspora will have to suffer more until this ruthless scum of the earth is eliminated. Of course it will be a humongous task since it is hard to get him out of the hole he is hiding even to say 'good day'.

I thought MR wanted to talk to him face to face! How ever I doubt that Prabhakaran has guts or the intellect to face that challenge without shooting down MR which he is good at.

Vini,

You say
I don't know why a con-artist like you, corrupting the innocent minds of young folks, was released from maximum security jails in Australia.

I worked my way out to ensure that the likes of you do not throw away our hard earned independence.

You say
You should have been tried in one of those kangaroo courts of LTTE to give you a taste of what innocent Tamils in the NE going through.... harassed by the LTTE dictatorship.

I WAS tried by a kangaroo court here in Australia where it originated.

Aj07,

You say
The GOSL is responding to tamil pressure and IC pressure. So what are you on about ?.

This means that the GOSL is not confident of what it is doing. The alleged solution is REACTIONARY.

Aj07,

You say
You have no intention to compromise

You are right there. I see no reason to compromise because we have earned our dues.

You ask
Where did i say to compete ? Its about both sides presenting their starting point

When we work together we are in the same team. When we work separately and produce the final outcomes for each other's consumption - we are competing from opposite sides.

You say about Kadir
The good thing he could have done is to praise the fact they had submitted the proposal and it was a starting to point to negotiate.

When YOU become the Minister for foreign affairs you would have the opportunity fool people by falsely praising them.

You say
If GOSL gives a proposal then lets look at it and then give our feedback. Not keep saying not enough, not enough, no we are competing, no you need to do more blah blah.

If you have wisdom in this kind of political negotations in any large institution, you would appreciate that once you 'package' it, it is very difficult to change it. Even if the Tamils accepted it at face value, they are not likely to feel the 'ownership' to really make it work. The Government needs to swallow its pride and include Tamils from the beginning. May be they are afraid that the Tamils might lead the team like they led Sri Lankan Public Service.

You say
In a peace process NO ONE LEADS. You WORK TOGETHER.

ISN'T THAT WHAT I AM SAYING. GOSL IS ALREADY TRYING TO LEAD BY PREPARING THE PACKAGE AND THEN PRESENTING IT. I.E. THEY HAVE A HEAD START. I am all for working together. You are the one rejecting it.

You say
For me i have no problem with LTTE representing the tamils at the peace table and i agree with their strategy on this.

GOOD. THEN WE ARE NOT VERY DIFFERENT IN OUR ATTITUDE.

You say
I want to see TANGIBLE OUTCOMES. Thats LTTE's position and i too support that position.

I do not seek to SEE. I need to FEEL how Tamils are being valued. We do differ there. I am for long term solution and I do believe that I see further than you do.

You say
Muttala mayir pidugara mari.

No aj07 - it is called living through PRINCIPLES.

YES! It should be a unique model, because this is a unique problem.
The model should guarantee the tamils, the right of self determination, and full power for the tamils to administer their Homeland without any interfearence, what so ever, by the central government. If such model is devised, then the Tamils and LTTE may CONSIDER it.Now it is up to the govt to come out with the goods. Will it?Have to wait and see!
