Mad Dog vinivida,

Are you compiling a new dictionary, giving a new meaning to 'military action'??? Then what does 'Terrorism' mean? Sticking a toothbrush up your A**?

Were you conceieved in an Arab Country while your mother was working as a maid? Can't you write any sentence without the phrase mad dog, do not expose your mother more than she did herself to ohers.

I stand by the factual statement you, mad dog, quoted there.

You must know that terrorism was unleased on innocent Tamils and Muslims first in 1956 by mad dogs SLA and your thugs. Saleem says Sinhalese used terrorism on them in 1915. So terrorism is in your blood, you did not evolve from a lion but from a mad dog, as you use it more often than anybody in this forum. Ok Tamils are bad to you, learn from how other Sinhalese gentlemen and ladies write in this forum.

It need to be worried. The Current situation in SL is not going to help for a peaceful end. I just returned frm a short visit to SL and a big different can be felt in every corner of the country. Most of the Law Enforcement are in the hands of JVP or executing JVP orders directly or indirectly. ITs going to be a disaster. It reminds me of the JVP era. Tit for TAt innocent civilians (Not Tigers) are being taken for questing and never returned?????????.Who is behind this orders????? Take them and dont let them alive.

UKTamil, OzTamil Gaja,

Don't you think LTTE played into the trap of SLA rogues as CBK said after the murder of Inuvil barber and later MR implied after the murder of 5 students in Trico beach?

Why couldn't LTTE publicize the killings of Nirveli youths before taking retaliatory action of setting claymore mine? Or control the proxies who do these things.

The Govt has an efficient propaganda machinery, all the Colombo press, Emissaries abroad and controlled radio and TV. How can you match them? LTTE has to seek the advice of the international community before retaliating.

Even after Nelson Mandela was imprisoned on terrorism charge the West especially UK and US treated ANC as a terrorist organisation. I remember the snub of ex-PM Mrs.Thatcher and the ex-President RonaldReagan who welcomed the ex-PM De Klerk with red carpet while ignoring Nelson Mandela just after his release from prison. He had to endure hardship and waste prime of his life to impress on those Western leaders on the necessity of treating powerless Black community as humans.

So LTTE has to treat this temporary set back in order to convince the IC that Tamils are the oppressed since 1956 and the GoSL and its army are the perpetrators of crime against humanity. The SLA, with paramilitaries kill Tamils and the GoSL goes on publicizing that they are the innocent party.

Dads,
The JVP thugs did this to the sinhalese in the eighties, but failed in their attempt to capture power. This time also they will fail and it will bring the total anihilation of these thugs.

Nirupam,
Iam not so sure IC could be convinced. They know very well the real situation in the island. But they being partial. That is why they are listening to whatever the GOSL says.I think the tamils should not waste any more time trying to make the IC to listen to us. By continuing our struggle vigrously is the only way , we the tamils could make the IC to come to its sense and be impartial in dealing with the problem.

Dads,

Most of the Law Enforcement are in the hands of JVP or executing JVP orders directly or indirectly

There is a clear frustration among the youths nowadays, whether its due to the current living standard or the political bancruptcy or bit of both, I really don't know. Both UNP and SLFP failed misreably in their quest to bring any meaningful solution to any of the social issues we have at the moment. The rising inflation thus cost of living, standard of living, corruption and crime factor all have gone through the roof.

Adding all to this is the ethnic conflict where the government still trying to find the auspicious time to bring out a lasting solution. There is mounting crime in the name of CFA and what steps have taken remain a mystery.

Everything is on a knife edge. The youngsters are there to see light at the end of the tunnel, but what sort of light is there to see still remains unchartered. I am not surprise if the ball is with the JVP having seen more than a half a century of bancrupt politics by the UNP/SLFP buffoons. BUt what ever the case JVP should realise that the country cannot go to further darkness in the coming months.

JVP, if you are playing to the people, please play your cards properly we don't want to mess up the country.
