To all the Surd lovers:
Chota Singh, who was very thin and short, was standing at the bus stop. Suddenly a car stops and a beautiful girl waves her hand calling him by his name and asking him to sit in her car Chota Singh was surprised but recognized her. She was Jasmine, an old batch-mate but he didn't know why she was calling him (because she never gave him any 'lift' in the college. Anyhow he sat in the car and Jasmine gave him a warm welcome (kaise ho, kya kar rahe ho etc). Then she said 'Why don't we have coffee together'. By now Chota Singh l was even more surprised. He thought 'Coffee with Jasmine? (an old dream...coming true) WOW !!'and he gave his consent. At the cafe, all of a sudden
Jasmine says 'Lets go to my house, there are a lot of people here'. Chota Singh
is on cloud nine 'Ab to mazaa aa jayega'. When they reach home she asks him 'Why don't we sit in my bedroom, you can turn on the AC'. Chota Singh was thinking to himself 'Jasmine phas gai hai' and he starts dreaming about $#%^%#. When he enters the bedroom, Jasmine says 'Why don't you take off your shirt, you are sweating'. Chota Singh is now 100% sure of the outcome of this meeting and again starts
dreaming. Jasmine says 'Be comfortable and I will be back in a minute'.
Chota Singh l is alone in the room with his bare match-stick like body and thinking
about Jasmine and @#$!%^.
After five minutes Jasmine enters the room........... with 2 children and says 'Dekho bacchon, agar Horlicks nahin piyoge, to body iske jaise ho jayegi'.... |

Official Press Release of LN Cricket Team
In an emergency press conference summoned earlier this morning, the spokesperson/senior player of the team Don Bonggo confirmed 'rumours' that the captain has 'taken ill' in the field. The captain, who has allegedly not been well for several days, is rumored to have fainted while she was fielding. This was further confirmed, by team mate Ruwani who had been fielding at silly point, and who had rushed to the captain's side. Ruwani also revealed, that just before she lost consciousness the captain uttered something incoherent which she gathered to be 'i don't think Suresh he can be THAT good looking....', lamented a 'grief stricken' Ruwani 'the poor girl was really not well......, no one, I repeat NO ONE would say such a terrible thing about my dearly beloved unless he or she was suffering from double vision, I think the sun got in to her eyes '.
when asked why Ruwani was absent at the press conference, Bonggo told reporters that Ruwani who was 'traumatized' by the sight of the immobile captain, was led out of the field by her best friend Lula.
'They are child hood friends' remarked Don bonggo.
Meanwhile, when asked whether another Senior player TC was also an alleged guru of a nearby ashram, Bonggo reminded the reporters that this was the cricket team's press conference-not the ashram's. In the meantime, the subject of the discussion, TC, maintained the 'trance like stupor' he has been courting throughout the conference.
as to whether he was really in a trance, or whether he was repeating a 'mantram' for the captain to get well soon, remains speculative.
Since the captain would be absent for a few more days, Senior player Don Bonggo revealed that though it was a bit 'sudden', he would gladly captain the team till she returns.
Yet another Senior Player Dr. A, stated that he and the rest of the team have absolutely no doubt about Bonggo's captaincy 'we are 100% sure that we are in good hands' he said.
'hallelujah' cried Radaw, the cheerleader of the team. Edited By - shanika - 19 Jun 2006 08:06:38 GMT |

Hi Guys, I had a great day in Lords. It was fantastic to see our guys winning against them. I saw all Sri Lankans cheering to their own team.
I was disappointed to see only a one incident, which I am not going to mention here, bcs we do not talk politics in this thread. Even that incident was compensated by all the Sinhalese and Tamil people who cheered together for the great win. |
