Anarkali is on a plane to New York.(She is the PR representative after
all) She is sitting in the first class section, but her ticket says that she
should be in the coach section. A flight attendant realizes the Anarkali's
mistake and asks her politely to move. Anarkali won't move. All she says is,
'I'm Anarkali, I'm beautiful, and I'm going to New York.'
The flight attendant goes and tells all of the other flight attendants.
They all try to persuade Anarkali to move, but she won't move. All she says
is, 'I'm Anarkali, I'm beautiful, and I'm going to New York.'
The flight attendants go and tell the pilot about the obnoxious bimbo. They
tell him the only thing that she says. He puts the plane on auto-pilot and
whispers something in Anarkali's ear.
Immediately, she gets up and moves to her normal seat. Then the pilot goes
back to fly the plane. The flight attendants are all very curious about how
the pilot made Anarkali move so quickly.
They ask him and he says, 'Oh, it was easy. All I had to do was tell her
that the first class section wasn't going to New York!' |

R you not watching football? My husband is mad at it since the world cup started. I though all the boys are there near the TV. I heard England won 1/0 but I didn't watch. |

Kamani nago, very much interested. The england my favourite taeam won against paraguay 1-0 but not very good because it was an own goal.
We all have scored own goals at one stage or another in our lives so I guess it's no big deal :) |

Sorry, but I don't understand 'own goal'?
My husband supports England too and then Brazil. He thinks England have a chance of winning the cup.
Then may be all the English will go mad. This afternoon everywhere was so quiet watching the match me and some other girls had to do our girlie chats :)
Even now my hubby is watching another match while I'm on PC. |

Nago, own goal means Paraguay scored the goal in to their nets by mistake.
Normaly if a person do an act that bring harm to us people say, she has scored an own goal. |

Yes you are right, at international level we are not very good. In order to play in the the world cup finals we need to qualify in the Asian rounds. Normally countries such as Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Iran qualify from Asia. I think from Europe and South America they get more teams because their standards are high. Recently the number of African countries participating in the finals has gone up. Brazil haas won more world cups than any other country followed by Germany.
The host country and the previous champions qualify automatically, which means they do not have to go through the qualifying rounds.
I think we must forma footbal team just like our cricket team. Then our team will be able to qualify for the world cup finals. The problem here is in selecting the captain! |
