Folks,
Following humour I received today:
Once Mervyn Silva was coming out of the airport. As there was a huge rush the security guard told him 'wait please' for which Mervyn replied '82 Kgs' and moved on...
Mervyn Silva wanted to know the time difference between his native village and Las Vegas. So he called up the Tourist Board and asked them Lamayoo could you tell me the time difference between here and Las Vegas....'
The lady at the other end replied 'One second sir...' and Mervyn Silva immediately replied 'thank you' and put the phone down.
At a bar in New York, the man to Mervyn Silva's left tells the bartender, Johnie Walker single.'
And the man's companion says, 'Jack Daniels single.'
The bartender approaches Mervyn and asks, 'and you Sir?'
Mervyn replies: 'Mervyn Silva, married.'
Mervyn Silva was hosting a Japanese delegation for business
development projects in the country. The Japanese emissary was quite impressed with the country. He stated: Sri Lanka is an excellent country. Give us three years and we will turn it into an economic superpower like Japan.'
Mervyn Silva was very surprised. 'You Japanese are very inepicent,' he stated. 'Give me three days and I will turn Japan into the next Sri Lanka!'

Penn,
heard you got a bad expensive present on valentines day!!. i escaoped a similar one.!
was minding my own business and pulled into a side road from the main. a cop was about 200+ meteres ahead (In front of me) and decided to do a 3 point TURN. since he was cutting it fine i eased off the gas (didnt brake) and as he made the turn came close to him (he is now opposite me). (the 3 point turn involves his car coming into the opposite lane which is mine)
the BUM didnt like me coming close! If i had done this 3 point turn i wouldve got a ticket!!) .
as we pass we excahnge glances and here is the kicker. he does another 3 point turn and is now following me!.
i am a bit worried now since if the bAS%^&* stops me for ANYTHING and gives me a ticket i dotn think the judge is gonna believe me.
so i am cursing the bum and also praying!. i turn into my lane and he goes straight! |

Lucky you..I know I speed all the time but keep my eyes open so far I was lucky ,this is my first damn ticket was doing 41 for 30,I couldn?t see the bozo as I was descending and didn?t slow. Planning on doing a mitigation just drop from my record, It shouldn?t matter for my record but still want to try, lol may be I will do some sweet talking tomorrow be in my best behavior. For the first time my hubby got me some flowers..For Ticketing!
so i am cursing the bum and also praying
lol I know I got caught bozo was opposite to me and did a you turn with beautiful lights on so basicly I cursed him( was handsome though). |
