Penn,
Absolutely :-), Jane Eyre is another one of my favourites.
Talking about films. Have you heard the film 'The Window' in 1949 a thriller where a young lad sees a murder but when he says that to his parents they decline it. However, the lad takes the law to his hand and proceeds on meanwhile the murderers try to murder the lad. Ultimately the lad does his tricks and send the murderers behind bars. The storyline is pretty simple but the fact is its so tense, the lad won an Oscar for his breath taking acting.
The point I mentioned that film was it was done in sinhalse named as 'Janelya' in the 80s directed by a tamil director Chandran Ratnam. Have you seen it? Both films were really engrossing.
Even I wrote an article to a paper last year about these 2 films. |

Hey DrA,
Yes must confess, I've been listening to 'Never Mind the bollocks,' now bro THILAGAM will banish me from his group. Must say I am pretty impressed with the album. I also have a video clip of Sid doing 'My Way.'
I saw the 'famous' interview on TV, were you there at the time? It was pretty tame compared to what it was blown up to, later on. |

Bro Thilagam,
Jack the Ripper????(from London, U.K!)
There was another murderer also known as Yorkshire Ripper.
Do you know about the murderer who used to live in the 1940s in London called John Christie? In fact he was a psycopath. He let out his flat to families and rape the women and kill them as posing a doctor while their husbands were away.
This character was later made for a huge film in 1971 subsequent to a novel called '10 Rillington Place'. Have you seen that?
Worth watching it? |
