So far away from me
So far I just cant see
Here I am again in this mean old town
And youre so far away from me
And where are you when the sun goes down
Youre so far away from me
Im tired of being in love and being all alone
When shes so far away from me
Im tired of making out on the telephone
And shes so far away from me
So far away from me
So far I just cant see
Gotta run everybody have a nice time:):):):) |

The Taming of the Shrew? William Shakespeare!
Did you see this movie in 1967 with Elisabeth Taylor and Richard Burton?
Btw, It was H.R.Jothipala who died on the scene and not M.S.Fernando atleast this what I heard from some friends.
I put a spell on you! do you like that song of CCR?
From M.S to Jimmi Hendrix and Led Zepelin? wow! why not ?
I am good as you and HelloGoodbye when it comes to English music.
Well If I play the drums then I would like you and Hellowgoodbye to sing and play some guitar and Bass?
I want TC thambi to play the tambourine,Mark.L to take care of the sound system, some female back vocals, only late 60 and 70's music please. We could rock this thread with the help of Mr.Brown(Manager).
How that sounds for a change in this 'Stormy and Turbulent' Tho-Royal thread?

Thangatchi Priyanthy
Calm down like I said before everything will be fine. You write to your frinds as usual, dont let anything stop you.
But be thoughtful & wise in what you write, okay?
Btw, you and Penn thangatchi were discussing about sarees, and I just could'nt wait to tell you that my mothers 'Koora' sari is with me,it is from the 30's.
That was bought in Madras in the 30's,that saree weighs a lot unlike nowadays sarees, heavy red color saree with gold work on it.
I asked my mother when she was alive that I wanted her 'Koora' sari to keep with me as remembrance.
She said she could not give away when my father was alive(our tradition ofcourse), my father died in 1990 ,I could,nt go for the funeral due to troubles in Sri lanka. I went to SL in 1992 to visit my mother and I got that saree, still I am keeping it with me among with a pure silver bowl with 3 elephants and her name & year engraved on it which she got it as wedding present.
I am also having a minature lantern 5-6 cm(could be lited )from 1890 which my father got it from his father.
I am preserving all there belongings with love and care.
One day my daughter and son will get them when I am not there.
Btw, what has happened to Bonggo? Is he stil in SL? |
