I think most of the Men do as you'd discribed ,remember they are exceptions.I always ask my wife if she needed any help in the kitchen, and she does the same.
Talking about childrens education I have been blessed, both my children are doing extremly well.
Did'nt you know in Sweden any education is free even if you enter a technical college, medical college.
you pay only for your books not for any term fee or entrance fee like most countries in the world.
Plenty of Asians among some sri lankans, chinese and other nationalities from other parts of the world seek for higher education in Sweden through their respectiv governments, their government provides for food & lodging facilities.
Recently there was a debatt about these foreign nationals seeking for higher education on our Tax payers money. There are some forces in Government wants to stop free education for these foreign nationals who uses our tax payers money .
So each of these higher education costs more than several hundreds thousands of dollars from the Swedish tax payers money.
How would you have reacted if you were a tax payer and some foreign national comes to your country uses your tax money?
So one day all good things might come to an end in Sweden. |

As for thosai yes I can make them.I have nice electric grinder that does wonders .
Have you heard about the Thayabi product for string hoppers ?(From Toronto) before I buy I want to know if its really good
25 strings here is between 2$ and 2.50. you get sothi and sambol with that. i havent seen a household yet that has this product but i'm told its much easier than a iddiyappa ural which we have one (must be part of the dowry!) but used when making other palaharam which also can be made used the thyabi product. From what i have heard its pretty good particularly for folks who live far away. its made of steel i think and easier on your hand.
having said that have you heard of a exhaust fan called Sakura.
http://www.sakura-canada.com/sakura%20products.html
its about 300$ has two fans and is around600CFM. pretty much sucks everything! every tamil household has one of these. if you do a lot of cooking using oil like on the Wok or something this is a MUST. dont know whether its available in your neck of the woods. 50 iddiyappan is $25 ,each is 50 cts, one thosai is

Long time NO see, where were you all these times?
nice to see you again.
Is it true nowadays in SL you do not have to spend a cent for your higher education such as for entering Medical college or Engineering? Wow, that is nice.
In my days people who had enough fortune sent their kids to enter Medical,Law,Accountancy or Engineering faculties.
I did not know SL has changed so much, it mean anyone could enter these faculties if they had som top points in AL? thats good & reasonable. |

Nothing like a real Naleenai muruhal & Neimuruhal thosai.
Is it true in Canada some tamils have 'invented' a String hopper machine that makes many hundreds in an hour? the same machine is capable of making Puttu too?
I hear this machine is especially designed for Restaurant use?
Is it true or is it a myth? |
