Thilagam anna,
Yes i would accept the fact that we learn from another but
You know more than anyone about the Tamil history, I am still under
you and I have lot to learn from you too, and I could'nt deny it.
I wont accept it but i must add the opinion you have about me brings me true
pleasure.
Its navartahiri week and thats probably why Penn has left. I am also stepping out
for a few hrs as i need to go buy some 'aval' and since tomorrow is puratathy viratham its no booze, no meat no nothing.
so enjoy your drink (i tend to sometimes play music at a high volume when
its baila or something) listening to soothing music no doubt it will
bring back plesant memories, sometimes:)
indru mudal kudikka matten sathiyamadi thangam! -- a bad promise!
dont know what film but its an old one!!
see you all a bit later. |

Penn,
ML- I call him MLV... yes he is a vibrant character :-)
Vibrant!!!!.....ME?????????????
If you don't know me by now
You will never never never know me
All the things that we've been through
You should understand me like I understand you
Now girl I know the difference between right and wrong
I ain't gonna do nothing to break up our happy home
Oh don't get so excited when I come home a little late at night
Cos we only act like children when we argue fuss and fight
(Ah for every Tom, Dickie, and Harry....I got it from the net!!)

Thilgam,
Peter Asher's syster Jenifer Asher was one time sweetheart of Paul McCartney in the 60's.
Paul wrote that song 'Lock Me Away' and gave it to Peter for nothing!
Peter & Gordon would be nothing if not for Paul McCartney.
Didn't notice that Macca wrote the song. I thought it was Baccharach as usual. Well, I guess Peter & Gordon were lucky to be in those good old 60s with people like Macca.
As for the gift thingy I was told that the geezer is an old music buff like me so my incline on the Akai. Then again I would have to check the current prices. I mentioned a similar thing before when HGB bought a TEAC 80 deck I guess it was with the 10.5 inch reels.
By the way do you know the reason why Macca wrote 'Mull kintyre'? One of my mates was asking me. I wasn't sure why other than I know it was Macca who sang when he formed the Wings following the break up with the Beatles.
Tck,
How are you mate? Life goes on as usual, yes, I had a bit of a row with Claudia last night and the wine had to cut along that I guess. Today its all cut and dried thankfully.
ML,
Mate, how is your PhD going? Have you finished or are you still having the last minute jitters on publications, vivas and perfections etc.? Mate, if that is the case take a good long breath and a have a cool beer just to ease it away!!
By the way, where's Bonggo and Mimsie? What are they upto? Haven't seen HGB lately other than a single post. he must be listening to his old Teac for sure.
Night night chaps. |

Great to see you back on the thread. Yes, on and off the thread these days. Infact, I was inquiring your absence sometime back. A feeling of being together in humanity.
Would be back. Keep going.

A man walks into a hamburger shop and orders a regular meal. Later, the waitress brings his meal to him. He takes a bite out of it, and notices there's a small hair in the hamburger. He begins yelling frantically at the waitress, 'Waitress, there's a hair in my hamburger! I demand to see what is going on!'
So, the waitress takes him back where the cook is and to his demise, he sees the cook take the meat patty and flatten it under his arm pit. He says, 'That's disgusting!'
Then the waitress says, 'You think that's disgusting you should see him make donuts.' Edited By - THILAGAM - 30 Sep 2006 22:06:57 GMT |

That was some wonderful & dirty song you'd sent to me, I'd enjoyed them, you are funny.
Did you get my jokes?
Dr.Akai
Mull McIntyre???(Sheperd Song)???
Paul McCartney sang that song with the The WINGS(his first group with Linda after The Beatles in the 70's when they broke up with the Beatles.
Paul's father came from Scotland.
McCartney's or McDonnel, ´MacDonel, anything to do with Mc or Mac are to do with scotish like wise Kennedy's and Ryan, Riley's are are to do with Irish.
Paul MacCartney & The Wings, Paul wrote himself that song.
(nurse), Paul had so much love for Scotland and eventually he bought a house and a sheep farm in Scotland that exsists evan today, when he got married to Linda Eastman(father owned Easteman colour company INC,in America in the 60's).
Linda was a freelance journalist in the 60's & family was rich, she met Paul McCartney in London fell in love with him , eventually married him.
Dr.Akai, Paul has scotish & british blood. I am not sure what he has beneth that 'KILT'( usually the Scots do not wear anything???)
So You do like the Wings??
I have seen their concerts in the 70's & how about you?
ask me more about other muscians too.
Thambi Bonggo
Why did'nt you write to me?
Regards
