because we escape with Saree's and salwars that?s fine as long its primary wear , but when we try to wear jeans and short skirts , I have an issue ,all we need is a commitment and persistence ?exercise?.

sarees can be very intimacyy for a night out or something with that exposed Navel! but yes the comittment is what is needed. a good 15 mins on a abs something everydayu should be enough.

talking from experience the answer is NO...its a myth .bhathnatiyam is a equal exercise .It's simple mathematics calories in take should be equal to calories burnt.. not on surplus.. you burn when you dance you burn when you exercise.you don't you Bloat... because your appetite increases takes time to adjust when not done.

well thats what my cousin once said. she used to dance for a long time and then gave it up. basically no exercise after that and started to put on some weight. maybe it was just her then!
I didnt know exposing the navel was for single women. every time sarees are worn isnt the nevel exposed (well its still coverd by the saree! but exposed from the sides!

Yes yes baratham undu, katakam undu, disco dansum undu. With all that Kamal still cannot do that cigarette thingy. Rajini disguised all his inabilities with style. His shows normally run longer than Kamal's boo hoo

Wow I did not know Guru was a decorated navel officer.
