Thuna Paha = Cumin seed(black& brown), corriander seeds, another typ of cummin called Maduru in sinhala, 'Periya Seeraham' in Tamil.(I am sorry I dont remember the English name)
curry leaves,dry red chillies.
*Kaha is in sinhalese, Mangel thuul in Tamil,Tumeric in english
How to make
Roast all these ingredients throughly except for curry leaves .
roast the curry leaves last but quick.
then mix all the ingredients and grind in a special grinder ment for such.
vo'ila 'thunapaha' is in your kitchen.
