Well it is my turn to deliver some jokes, be ready.
Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, and Bill Clinton are on the titanic. When it starts to sink Carter yells, 'Quick, save the women and children!' Nixon: 'Screw the women and children' Clinton: 'Do we have time?'
The Clinton's and the Gores are traveling aboard Air Force One. Bill Clinton looks out the window and says, 'You know, I bet I could drop a $10,000 bill out the window and make one person very happy!' Al Gore comments, 'Yes, but I could drop ten $1000 bills out the window, and make ten people very happy.' Hillary Clinton says, 'True, but I could drop one hundred $100 bills out the window, and make one hundred people very happy. Chelsea responds, 'Big deal! I could drop all of you out the window, and make the whole country happy |

Tom had this problem of getting up late in the morning and was always late for work. His boss was mad at him and threatened to fire him if he didn't do something about it. So Tom went to his doctor who gave him a pill and told him to take it before he went to bed. Tom slept well, and in fact, beat the alarm in the morning. He had a leisurely breakfast and drove cheerfully to work.
'Boss', he said, 'The pill actually worked!'
'That's all fine' said the boss, 'But where were you yesterday?'

I hope you did read my previous comments, I have'nt heard from you yet. So please read this joke and get back to me if you so wish.
A guy sticks his head in the barber shop and asks, 'How long before I can get a haircut?' The barber looks around the shop and says, 'About two hours.' The guy leaves. I have lots of jokes, but I am not in a position to crack them in this thread or anyother thread, because it would'nt be appropriate & would'nt be accepted according to the guidelines of Lanka News Papers, The administrator might get mad with me and finish off me for good.

so bottom line depends on the field.universities are sponsored by grants by major companies for research.....
Like I said dunno nothing about degrees ;-)
But, I thought the bottom line is getting a degree rather than dropping out of the uni...I am right or wrong???????

Kamani just informed me that her FIL passed away accidentally and she is leaving London for a while.....

Degrees???
This varies from measurement of angle to closeness of relationship.
I do not have one and have not missed out on life one bit. I have a pro qualif which has taken me around the world and I feel sorry for some of my mates who missed out on life pursuing a degree.
however I do have a masters on my pro from kangaroo land. not an acedamic qualif. |

You are damn right even though it?s a peace of paper..unless your geek :-).. Like gates (Harvard drop out and have your own company).. well job security for the pink slip decisions. Any way we are having wonderful weather on the west, so taking off early.. you have good weekend.. and keep singing :-)

Yeah right. This is my few days of freedom (or is it isolation?) Tonight was the AGM at Capri club. War or no war life is a waltz for me in SL. Have you ever been to colts or stallions tent? Man if you have not surely you have missed out on one of the greatest pleasures of life.
