	It wasnt a great game but Zidane's red card probably cost the game or atleast they have someone to blame it on now. he did win the best player of the WC trophy.

	He is arguably the best from the last generation of players. But he deserved the trophy as well as the card. He deserves an even stronger punishment. But I would stop short of calling them to ban him from future tournaments. Perhaps, warning publicly is the right way to go, not banning.

	The trophy he won was a popularity award , voted by journalists before the final ended. Otherwise he wouldn't have won it.Italians are usually good defenders and french missed Zidane only furing the last 7 minutes or so in the extra time, it shouldn't have affected anyway. 	I think he came out of retirement no. so he'll probably go back. yes it was the last few minutes but its the phycological effect of your capt sent off. he was being bugged by that mazertti fellow for a long time.

He must act within boundaries of the game, if he was the captain of a possible world cup winning team, knowing a billion people were watching.

	Yes i agree, lost his cool. not something a player of his calibre should be doing. plus he is probably used to this kind of behaviour playing in the clubs anyway so shoudve handled it better.

	I admire him as a good player and the ability he has to control the ball. Normally players can show all their ball handling talents in the training field but it is not easy to do those when you are playing a competitive game. I think he had the ability to use all those little tricks during competitive games. Though the incident was a shame, no one can deny the talents he had.
