Dr A,
I suggest you edit your posting. putting names down on a public forum is not good since everyone has assumed handles!!
Plus he lives in lanka.

Ruwani Nangi,
Hi there!
I studied along with Roshan M and Asanka G in the 80s. I was in Nalanda when we lost to Ananda in 1982 by 7 wickets. That was a disaster within 2 days we crashed out to the spinner Manjula Thenuwara getting 7/19 for Ananda.
I feel I may be knowing Naleen as I know someone with Wickremaratne. Btw, you too are 'nee' Wickremarathne aren't you? |

Yes, but we don't have an 'e' instead an 'a'. |

Sorry nangi, may be it is my mistake :-)
I always get confused with the 'a' and 'e'. Do you know why is that difference? |

Guru,
The Jocka problem has propped up now. Dont we have a Sri Lanka women's team?
Surely they have their own guard, gear, attire, uniform, dress (thambi, bring my thesaurus)?
It' about time the girls Don their pads and gloves and get down to play cricket. |
