I think, you need to do lot of home work.
IGP did not join the police force as a constable like that joker (nadesan).
He joined the police force as a ASP , to join the police as an ASP , you need to have a university degree.
If you join the police as constable(the lowest rank in police force) max you can go is inspector(IP) before you retire.

all the ministers or for that matter most of the politicians are lawyers. That does not mean that they are professional negotiators.
If they were real professionals they should have not agreed for the final statement.They only acted as politicians.Shame!Shame!
Re:IGP read is full speach then you will understand what good he is.Sorry degree did not help him with it. |

Do some more homework. There are several who joined as PCs later became SPs and SSP. But one thing, almost all of them were better than those who joined as ASPs and they got promoted due to hard work and capability. If you need I can quote some names offhand.
But my friend these guys did a good job without any degree. You know the standard and out look of some of the degrees churned out of our universities, degree in Pail, Sanskrit, Buddhist culture, and so on and what relevance to police work.
If a guy has some basic knowledge, commonsense and intelligence he can do wonders. Look around the world, so many top class leaders who did not have any degree. Look at Prabaharan, no degree, but one of the world's top class military strategist. Where do all your top class qualified soldiers stand in front of him?
Even the US may be waiting to learn from him about the basic concepts of guerrilla warfare. So don't go by Nadesan's degree but go by his wisdom and vision. I hope he succeeds in his endeavor.
Don't go by traditional beliefs. |
