Banning the LTTE would be another 'Knee-Jerk' Reaction by this Incompetent GOSL. It would be Tantamount to a Declaration of War,and would Result in ALL Donor Countries Withdrawing Their Support and Donations. Resulting in Sri Lanka Not only being a Pariah State, but a BANKRUPT PARIAH STATE.

Talk up the terrorist LTTE all you want. Keep thumping your chest. See where it will gets you.
I am looking at the bigger picture in regards to this conflict. All out civil war is not something the GOSL must start these days.
Everyone knows that the LTTE are not satisfied with just controlling Wanni. This is not what they initially promised their diaspora.
They want conquer Jaffna, Trico and the whole East. The GOSL and the world know this.

I do not know what our politicians are talking now.
It is not the correct time to ban LTTE,
It is the time to wipe them out.
I think SLGT should declare an all out war and fight with its full might and capture all areas.
If we unable to do within few months then let all th tamils suffer under LTTE rule and withdraw all our forces out of NE.
