Soon after independence cancer started. The destruction was slow until 1956 then accelerated and in 70tees and 80tees cncer in the South spread and 60,000 innocent young lives were sacrificed. Later anti-Tamil riots were used to wipe out the population of Northeast. In 1956 LTTE or VP were never heard of. SLA was there in the North. During the 1958 curview trigger happy SLA killed all the deafs and mutes because they did not heed to their orders.
You are blinded with extremism or racism and cannot see beyond your prejudices. That's why you are jubilant when Tamils are denied food and medicine in the North and Vakarai. Normally the media highlight the injustices but in SL they are either Govt controlled or racists, so again blinded and the silent majority are denied the truths and the knowledge of atrocities committed on another community. The chauvinists are seen to be winning, the mirage will disappear when you get nearer. |

While you dumb deaf and blind bigots sing hosannas for the fat slob sun dog, more practical and rational tamils have decided to move in with the Sinhalese in the south and build their mansions and luxury apartments among them.
The sun dog in the meantime sends his children to school in Europe and his wife to Paris on shopping sprees with the dollars you guys keep 'donating'.
The poor tamils in the North and the East are starving and dying to act as human shields and 'volunteering' their children as cannon fodder. No schooling for these children unfortunately.

Is it call Military tactics,A fully trained,descent,Organized Military never give statement like this..What is the capability of SLM, It is well known Internationally..They are good for killing innocent civilians,NGO's,Cows and goats..This is the real fact..
I never heard a Military giving press news before doing something..why they are so foolish..Always Military give their results, after the accomplishment of the operation..That is Military way.
What kind of Military is this 'A bunch of Broilers' got six months training,what else we can expect from them,for their capability they can give only press reports..nothing else..Some of them don't know how to wear the shoe...
But, make sure before Vahara falls,may be some buildings will fall in Colombo..lols ...Remember the Muhamali again..may be after the Vaharai operation,you have to give a different report in Washington. |

Don't worry about VP's children or CBK's children, let them study where ever they want. Just worry about yours, are they in the West, fine, let them have a good education.

You ask your head MR to sort out the problem. If he wants to bomb Tamils and sit and watch SLA killing and raping in the Northeast we will see to it that those criminals are destroyed, no force can stop that, get that into your thick cranium. We had enough of racists like you.
Your leaders did all the damage and created VP and LTTE. Therefore they must sort the problem. Look at other countries. 6% of Singapore population are INdians brought there by British in the 20th century, most of whom are Tamils. Look at the Tamils brought to Sri Lanka just about the same time. The are languishing in LINES, not sheds, not houses, but LINES where even animals won't live. That is the sorry state your leaders ruined this country. Look at Singapore, Tamil is an official language. A Tamil is the president for 8 years. Can 18.5% of the Tamils or 6.5% of the Muslims expect anything that Singapore Tamils enjoy? No, because your leaders are destroyers.
Don't be a hypocrit, talk about poor Tamils, your leader can't even let the food get through to those 'poor tamils' to eat. Don't worry about Tamils just worry about Sinhalese, think what will happen to them if your SLA/NAVY/AF push LTTE to the corner and kill the Tamils. Same thing may happen in the South, so start worrying about those innocent civilians in the South and stop shedding corocodile tears on hehalf of starving Tamils.

Your Singapore analogy may not be very apt ..
When you go back to the time it was a colony of the British, you will find Singapore had more people of Malay stock, than Chinese. British used the Chinese to 'control' the native Malay population .. as in SL, using Tamils as 'overseers' to control the Sinhalese. In Singapore, the local malays were displaced by Chinese flocking to Singapore fom main-land China, and soon there were more Chinese than Malays in Singapore. After independence, the Chinese asserted themselves as the dominant people of Singapore .. and I think you will find, those of malay origin (the much 'thinned out' Malay population of former times), are not very happy with their lot in S'pore.
Fortunately, that extreme situation did not occur in SL. The Malays in S'pore returned to the adjacent islands of Malaysia.. the Sinhalese had no-where to 'run-to' .. they had to make 'do' as as well as they could .. suffer the indignity of being made '3rd class citizens' in their own country. That explains also why SWRD remains a hero to many Sinhalese .. he may have messed up the economy, but he 'redeemed' the down-trodden Sinhala people.

THe Chinese are dominant in Singapore and Malay forced them to secede so that Malay could deveop their culture and the Malay language which was spoken only in Malaysia in Malaysia. Now Singapore is developed to the extent that is the envy of the South Asia. Malay developed their country which has superceded all othe Asian countries, except of course Japan.
Sinhalese would have done the same thing in SL. They would have let the Tamils develop themselves while they too prosper. But they wanted to destroy Tamils and Muslims without realising they themselves getting destryed.
I will give you a story of my in-laws. My mother in law is one of the 6 daughters, the ldest went to Malaysia just after married. She had 9 children and they had 27 children of their own. So all these 27 grand children are graduates and are holding good jobs in Malaysia. But my mother-in-law have 4 children and 12 grand children. Out of these 12 5 are non-graduates. Other sisters children have their own children, only a few of them went to universities. That is the sort of life they lead. Our politicians are short sighted and ruin the country. If they developed SL the division between the communities would have been less focussed.
If Tamil was made an official language in the Northeast people world have been happy and studied Sinhalese. That's why Colvin R de Silva said in 1956 that 'One language will pave way for two nations and two languages will keep one country'. |
