Vakare could have been cleared from Tamil GOO Terrorists early,if GOSL didn't decided to flush the Terrorists completely by closing all escape routes to Wanni.
In a way it's a good strategy to wipe them without letting them escape. |

Sri Lanka is looking to make purchases worth $ 100 million from Pakistan in the coming few months. The deal size may even go up to a cumulative figure of $ 250 million in the next 18 months.
Perhaps some other agent wants this deal..?
May be at least he wants to divert it from Pakistan.
