Whatever suffered by tamils were also suffered by sinhalese and muslims. Tsunami did not only hit tamils and reconstruction should continue in all areas.
PROPAGANDA.
Firstly TRO is a non-governmental humanitarian organisation. So it have nothing to do with reconstruction of Tsunami destroyed houses, its rather govt's duty to rebuild the houses.
Secondly 90% of destructed houses in the South were rebuilt, while only 10% in the North-East ! What a 'national' harmony ! It rather sound like a South-African apartheid !
And finally the question is why , as we have the same govt ?
Because the DISCRIMINATION EXIST ! The racial hatred exist among this terrorist state who gave favor to Sinhalas !

TRO received 40 billion ruppes after tsunami.
They removed the money in record time leaving a poultry 20 million ruppees in banks..(Read the Central bank report..) TRO managed to build less than 100 houses after tsunami.
Most probably LTTE used that money to buy weapons..
I remeber LTTE hand over 1000000 dollars to FBI for missiles which they never get hold of...
Remember WATERLOO SURESH, the guy who is now in US/Canadian custody.He knows what happened to another 500000 dollars of tax payers money...
Then we remember the LTTE vessels with arms sunked by the SLN.

Once Tamils in LTTE areas are liberated, govt has the reponsibility to build houses. As long as they are in LTTE custody, its the duty of LTTE. Simple.
