Is it a cover to hide the animalistic mind of SLA ? They today exploded a van transporting wounded soldiers !

| Suduathula, if you are telling me Black July was created because of the existence of LTTE at that time then unfortunately I do not agree with that. Black July was JRs game plan to get rid of the political threat he faced at that time. Country has paid a high price for that short sighted decision and do not know how long it would continue. |

Anton Bala said that his illness is nothing compared to the oppression and suffering of the tamil people. What he didn't say is the major reason for that suffering is the warmongering of the LTTE and especially its leader mad velu's antics.
Also, he should bear the principal responsibility for not accepting both the devolution proposals of the 1996 peacetalks and later the federal solutions offered in 2003. If either was seriously considered by the LTTE, then everyone would have peace by now.
Nevertheless, anton bala or no anton bala, LTTE or no LTTE the sinhalas and tamils will I hope come together and come to a consensus on power devolution that both sides can agree with.

you should realise that this man is a highly suspecious character
He was priminister when LTTE killed Premadasa
He was primier when LTTE was a given demarcations with the right to tax people without supplying any basics to them
He was the hand behind the exposure of DPA unit that LTTE was never aware of
He was the hand behind allowing LTTE to equip and ready forces for furthur conflict

I think LTTE is defeating today mainly because of Ranil and CFA!
Ranil cornered LTTE nicely into CFA! Thats why LTTE made him to lose.
Ranil gave too much leeway to LTTE, probably he wanted to get them into the trap. Still, I believe he was too soft.
Suduathula:
Corruption, and waste in the south are as disasterous as LTTE in the north. In the outh, politicians, drug loads are the culprits. |
