Too much of whisky and other stuffs cause Balasingham to go back soon.... I think peace talk helped some more to his return... In Japan his liquor bill only 5000 USD.... CFA must have half of the resposible for his death......

818 + Bala = 819 terrorist cadres dead this year.

There are more deaths in the LTTE ranks but Trumphetnut is hiding the truth as usual.

LOL!

What has LTTE achived by their so called Freedom struggle?

hmm I wonder

what has prabhakaran achieved

for a stupid foreign donkey who doest not understand ethnic conflicts this lookst like a freedom struggle

Freedom struggle it is not, but an attempt to over turn thousands of years of history in the north and south and of the people of sri lanka.

We have written history dating back to 2500 years that describes every king and every deed done.

south indian invasions were initially accepted the by peace loving communities of sri lanka, but begning in 1200 AD these invasions became brutal, and the invaders did everyting and anything to erase sri lankas proud history in the north.

What the ancient Tamil kingdoms could not undertand or accept was the fact that even with their best armies they may conquer Lanka but they never were able to subdue the Sinhala masses for long.

Once the Sinhala masses had enough of these coolie invaders, they unite and form an army(even a ragtag force) and whip the Tamil army.

This process has been repeated many times over history. This constant humiliations suffered by the Tamil Kingdoms at the hands of the Sinhala forces even has its seeds in today's ongoing conflict.

I can't say that I will miss him, so finally he'll get his chance with flowers, I remember not long ago balasingham offered to decorate Mr. Anandasagari with flowers. How cruel is this thing called fate or destiny.

The late balasingham forgot that one day we all living things have to accept the inevitable imminent.

He even will not get a chance to a proper burial ceremony as all other Sri Lankans. Not in Sri Lanka, his birth place. Enough punishment I guess.

Budu ammo sivag00,

Ammo what a superior being you are, you geriatric faart you!

Greedy tamil separatists drank well drawn punnakku and used 'eelam' for their pipe dream without knowing that it meant 'the land of sinhalese'.

sivag00, go take a drink or two of mineral water to soften your aging joints

And what is more, in 1995 Dr. Balasingham was negotiating with the Colombo Government while unknown to him, his leader was supping with two suicide cadres who the next day were despatched to sea where they blasted a Navy boat in Trincomalee and thereby wrecked the peace talks.

'I am deeply sad that I am crippled by this illness, unable to contribute anything substantial towards the alleviation of the immense suffering and oppression of my people.' - Balasingham

Yes Bala, I think we do understand whom you were thinking of when you consider immense suffering and oppression of your people !
